四川移动网络建设服务商管理风格相关问题的调查和研究

【摘要】 移动通信市场的快速发展决定了移动网络建设服务商的特殊地位。在移动网络建设过程中,各个单元都紧紧的联系在一起。移动通信运营企业通过抓核心业务,突出了企业竞争优势;通过技术外包,快速响应市场,充分利用了企业外部资源。移动网络建设服务商和移动通信运营企业之间表现出了一种需求与供应关系。管理风格不适应环境变化的企业注定在激烈的市场竞争环境中要走向衰亡,根据环境的变化选择适当的管理风格,是促进企业健康发展的必由之路。由于四川移动网络建设服务商中存在诸多与管理风格有关问题,如何来根据环境的变化选择适当的管理风格成为了整个供应链效率提高的关键。对于移动网络建设服务商分析,以往的观点大多聚焦在对于企业的财务指标以及其他各项硬性指标的分析上,本文则尝试基于管理风格的相关理论从软指标方面上剖析移动网络建设服务商存在的一些问题,并提出有针对性的对策建议。本文问题的提出和解决不仅对四川移动网络建设服务商来说可以提高管理水平和管理效率,对于整体通信行业的网络建设的管理也有着一定的借鉴作用。同时,通过对移动网络建设服务商的调查和分析,使我对移动网络建设服务商有了更全面和更深入的了解,进一步提高了我的管理水平和工作效率。本文首先通过问题提出了移动网络建设服务商的概念和重要性,并提出了问题的研究思路。第二章通过阐释管理风格、企业文化以及权变理论的相关理论,对本文研究的相关理论进行了一定的探讨。本文第三章为移动网络建设服务商简介。对四川移动网络建设服务商的行业环境、基本特征、类型等进行了分析。揭示了四川移动网络建设服务商的基本特征并且阐述了移动网络建设服务商的发展趋势。在第四章中,为本论文研究能够收集到第一手资料,制作了两套问卷对四川移动网络建设服务商进行了问卷调查。通过调查分析后发现了四川移动网络建设服务商存在的部分问题。最后在第五章中根据对四川移动网络建设服务商的相关调查,针对市场需求和移动网络建设的发展趋势,提出了一些关于四川移动网络建设服务商改进相关问题的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mobile communication market fast development has decided the motion network construction service supplier’s special status.
