基于视频检索技术的公路景观信息管理系统的研究

【摘要】 目前,随着我国公路建设发展迅速,对于公路建设与生态环境协调发展的要求也不断的提高。但是公路生态景观恢复评价建设任务繁重,传统的恢复评价模式和手段已经明显不能适应要求。公路景观信息管理系统就是结合公路改造和旅游开发遇到的生态环境问题,拟从生态景观理论、构成要素、存在问题和解决方法入手,建立旅游公路景观信息管理系统,采用数据库管理技术和视频数据库管理技术进行公路景观信息管理,协调好公路交通与生态环境的关系,规划好沿线的旅游经济,促进公路与旅游、资源、环境保护协调发展,走可持续发展之路。本论文将国内外先进的视频检索技术,视频数据库管理技术和普通的数据库管理技术应用到公路景观信息管理系统中,实现公路生态景观评价恢复建设所需信息管理的一体化、自动化、规范化和丰富化。 本论文首先通过介绍视频检索技术中的关键技术视频分段技术和关键帧的提取的典型方法,根据公路生态景观视频数据的格式确定采用的分段技术和关键帧提取方法。其次根据视频数据库的基本结构特征以及现有的典型数据模型,提出了适合本项目需要的公路景观信息视频数据库的视频数据模型。并在此基础上建立了一个结合公路生态景观属性数据和空间数据的公路景观视频数据库管理系统。本论文首次把视频检索技术,视频数据库管理技术和普通的数据库管理技术应用到公路景观信息管理系统应用。把智能化的公路景观信息系统应用到公路生态景观评价及恢复中,这方面的研究在国内具有一定的先进性。本论文不仅具有较高的可用性、安全性、可扩展性和可靠性,还拓展了应用领域,具有一定的创新性。

【Abstract】 At present,Is rapid along with our country highway construction development,Regarding highway construction and ecological environment coordinated development request also unceasing enhancement. But the road ecology landscape restores the appraisal construction duty to be arduous,The traditional restoration appraisal pattern and the method already obviously could not adapt the request. The road landscape information management system unifies the ecological environment question which the road transformation and the traveling development meets, Draws up from the ecology landscape theory, the integrant part, the existence question and the solution obtains, Establishment traveling road landscape information management system, Uses the database administration technology and the video frequency database administration technology carries on the road landscape information management,Coordinates the good highway traffic and the ecological environment relations, Plans the along the route traveling economy, Promotes the road and the traveling, the resources, the environmental protection coordinated development,Walks road of the sustainable development. This paper through use advanced information technology,Domestic and foreign advanced video frequencies retrieval technology, The realization road ecology landscape appraisal restores the construction to need the information management the integration, the automation, the standardization and the enrichment.This paper, first the typical method which withdraws through introduction video frequency retrieval technology in essential technical video frequency partition technology and the essential frame, According to the road ecology landscape video frequency data form determined uses the partition technology and the essential frame withdraw the method. Next basis video frequency database basic structure characteristic as well as existing typical data model, Proposed suits road landscape information video frequency database video frequency data model which this project needs. And has established a union road ecology landscape attribute data and the spatial data road landscape video frequency database management system in this foundation. This paper for the first time video frequency retrieval technology,The video frequency database administration technology and the ordinary database administration technology applies to the road landscape information management system application. Applies the intellectualized road landscape information system to the road ecology landscape appraises and restores, his aspect research in domestic has certain advancement. The present paper not only has the high usability, the security, may the extension and the reliability, Also has developed the application domain,Has certain innovation.
