【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展和国际、国内竞争的加剧,我国铁路运输企业必须要实现管理体制和经营方式的战略性转变,这是挑战,也是机遇。现代物流的蓬勃发展就为铁路运输企业向现代物流领域拓展提供了这样一个契机。 货运模式的选择是铁路运输企业向现代物流领域拓展要解决的一个重要问题。这个问题解决的结果,直接影响着企业长远的发展,甚至关系转型的成败。本文试图通过对昆明铁路局向现代物流拓展模式的研究,来探讨我国铁路运输企业向现代物流转变的模式选择问题,对铁路运输企业向现代物流企业拓展具有一定的参考价值。 研究主要包括三个方面: (1)综述了国内外具有代表性的物流的概念及具有的内涵;物流系统的功能;两种现代物流模式——物流中心模式、第三方物流模式的概念、特征、服务形式等。 (2)运用SWOT分析法,分析了昆明铁路局货运发展内部环境和外部环境;分析了昆明铁路局货运发展需求,并运用年增长率法预测昆明铁路局未来五年内货运的发展趋势。通过以上两个方面的分析,结合物流的相关理论,证明了昆明铁路局发展现代物流的可行性和必要性,构建出一种全新的物流服务模式:第三方物流战略指导下的物流中心模式,即TPL-LC模式。 (3)研究了TPL-LC模式下物流中心的构建问题,包括发展战略的选择、组织结构的设置、物流流程的安排、功能区的布置、信息系统的建设等。 (4)运用模糊综合评价法,评价了昆明铁路局货运TPL-LC模式物流中心的绩效。 通过本文研究得出:在我国铁路运输企业向现代物流拓展过程中,根据企业的需要,可以同时选择两种物流模式,通过两种模式的互相配合、协同,使铁路运输企业成功地实现向现代物流企业转型的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the social economy development and increasing competition in homeland and overseas, railway transportation corporations in our country have to realize strategic transformation in management system and running patterns, which is not only a challenge but also an opportunity. Prosperity of modern logistics is providing a chance for railway transportation corporations to expand into modern logistics field.The selection of transportation patterns for railway transportation corporations to expand into logistics field is a significantly important question, which will has great influence on the long-term development of corporations directly, even determine the success or failure concerning this transformation. This thesis attempts to probe into the pattern selection by viewing Kunming Railway Bureau transformation from railway transportation to the logistics enterprise, which will provide references for some railway corporations.This thesis includes three aspects in details.(1) The representative concepts and connotation of logistics at home and abroad, the functions of logistics system, concepts, characteristics, service patterns of two kinds of popular logistics patterns, namely, logistics center and third-party logistics are reviewed.(2) The interior and exterior environment of freight transportation development for Kunming Railway Bureau are analyzed by SWOT analysis method. And the corresponding development trend is forecasted in five years by increasing rate method. The above analysis and relative logistics theories prove that it is feasible and necessary to develop modern logistics for Kunming Railway Bureau. Moreover, a new logistics service mode, namely, TPL-LC mode that means logistics center is established in the stratagem of TPL has been constructed.(3) The design of the logistics center in TPL-LC model is researched, including selecting of development strategy, setting of organization structures, arranging of logistics flow, collocation of function areas and constructing of information system etc.(4) The performance of logistics center is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive appraisal in TPL-LC model about Kunming Railway Bureau freight transportation.The study results show that during the transformation of expanding into modern logistics field for railway transportation corporations, two kinds of logistics patterns can be chosen at the same time according to the actual situation of enterprises. The combination and synergy of the two modes will successfully reach the aim of enterprise transformation.更多还原
