【摘要】 农业观光属于产业观光的一部分,是一种将农业与旅游业相结合的消遣性生态旅游活动,利用规划地有利的自然条件通过规划设计建成各种活动场所,如风景游览、水面垂钓、鲜果采摘、狩猎捕捞、农村风俗体验等活动来吸引游客,带动城郊或乡村旅游业的发展。 农业观光项目在我国是一项新兴产业,是与旅游业相结合的一种消遣性农事活动。虽然农业观光在国外发展已久,但是在我国却刚刚初具规模。农业观光的出现,不仅给乡镇农村带来了可观的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益,更加促进了区域旅游业的多元发展。 本文首先阐述了农业观光的起源、产生因素、以及发展概况,分析了农业观光的类型、特征、相关学科理论等,以求更加清晰的说明农业观光的相关问题;其后,进行了农业观光园规划的相关理论探索;最后,结合实际以农业观光园理论以及其他相关理论为指导,系统地分析了黑龙江绿色家园休闲农业观光园建设地的区域概况,明确了旅游区的性质定位以及进行了规划地的客源市场定位分析,本次项目重点确立了规划区的观光主题,结合实际对黑龙江绿色家园休闲农业观光园的营建进行了设计研究,并形成了从理论指导到理论探索、再到园区详细设计的休闲农业观光园项目规划体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture tourism is a part of estate tourism;if is a kind of recreational and ecological traveling activity combining agriculture and tourism. Agriculture tourism makes use of the advantage in the planning area and set up some kinds of acting spots such as landscape sightseeing, fishing, picking fruits, hunting, countryside custom experiencing and so on, in order to attract tourists, and take up the development of tourism in the countryside or suburb.Agriculture tourism is a new estate in china, it exists with the tourism and is a kind of recreational farming work, although agriculture tourism has developed for a long time in the world, it comes into existence lately in china. Agriculture tourism not only brings much social , economic and environmental effect, but also promote the development in zone tourism.The paper expounds the origin, reason and developing condition of agriculture tourism at first, and assays the types, features and relevant study theories and elements of planning, for illustrate the relevant contents of agriculture tourism more explicitly. Then it directs the theories of tourism agriculture and other relevant theories, and assays the condition of Heilongjiang Green Home Tourism Agriculture Park. Corroborate the locating of tourism areas and assay the locating of tourists marks. The paper mainly corroborate the traveling topic by this programmer and research the planning designing through setting up the Heilongjiang Green Home Tourism Agriculture Park, and get the outcome of tourism agriculture park planning from theories to park detail designing ultimately.更多还原
