【摘要】 在计算机信息技术飞速发展、信息化系统广泛应用的今天,报表是办公自动化及管理信息系统、专家系统,决策支持系统等系统中信息处理和交互的主要方法和手段之一。本课题以林业行业报表为基础,以林业行业报表为切入点对通用报表技术进行了深入的分析和研究,最终形成了通用报表生成系统的解决方案和实现方法。 论文首先对国内外报表工具的现状进行了分析,指明了现在报表系统存在的问题与不足。然后对报表的相关知识,报表工具所涉及到的关键技术,例如中间件技术、XML技术、动态SQL技术,数据库技术等进行了分析和介绍。这些技术都是当前的主流技术和新技术,使系统更强壮有更好的可伸缩性及扩展性。同时这些技术的介绍也为报表解决方案和系统的实现打好了基础。最后,本文介绍了如何综合运用这些技术与报表技术相结合并使系统得以实现。 据统计在通常的管理信息系统中报表的处理占到了20%以上,而在决策支持系统中,统计报表竟然达到50%以上。同时报表部分往往是一个系统中,最易发生变化的部分,也由此会大大增加系统的开发及维护成本。报表系统的应用不仅免去了绘制报表所需要的大量烦琐而且易错的工作,大大地提高了系统的开发效率,降低了系统的开发成本,更重要的是动态专业的报表数据,会给决策者争取了宝贵时间提供了直观的数字依据,为决策者做出科学正确的决策提供了保障。 本课题的通用动态报表工具的最大特点是将数据检索规则交给用户,由用户根据自身的需求自由进行检索,按照自己的需要进行报表样式的设计,突破了传统系统将查询功能和报表样式定死的设计,从而使数据库系统报表的动态实现成为可能。即满足了用户对报表灵活多变,自由控制,实时准确的需求,也极大的降低了系统运行和维护的成本。 课题即综合运用了多种技术,又涉及到多学科交叉理论的研究,有一定的学术价值。它的应用还可以极大的降低系统运行和维护的成本,有良好的应用和实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapidly develop of computer and information technology and information-based system is widely used, The report form has already became one of the information processing and mutual main method and means in systems such as the office automation and the management information system, the expert system, DSS ,etc.. This subject is based on report form of forestry trade, regarding report form of forestry trade as the breakthrough point will carry on deep analysis and study to the technology of the common report form, have formed the solution of the common report generation system and implementation method finally.The thesis has analyzed to the current situation of the domestic and international report form tool, have pointed out systematic existing problem and deficiency of the report form now at first. Then to the relevant knowledge of the report form, the key technology that the report form tool involves, a technology, XML technology, dynamic SQL technology, database technology, etc. have been analyzed and introduced such as the middle. What we adopted are mostly present major technology and new technology here, making the system more strongly can have the better one the elasticity and expanding. Played the foundation well for the realization of solution of the report form and system too in introduction to the technology at the same time. Finally, how this text has recommended using the technology and report form technology to combine together and make the system be realized synthetically.The processing of the report form has accounted for more than 20 in the common management information system according to statistics, in DSS;unexpectedly the statistical report form is more than 50. At the same time report form part of the one system often again, most apt part that change, increase systematic development and maintenance cost that will be big too. Report form application of system remove from, draw a large amount of report form need convoluted but also easy work by mistake, have improve systematic development efficiency greatly, has reduced the systematic development cost, the more important thing is the report form data with specialized trends, will offer the ocular digital basis for that the policymaker has striven for valuable time, have made the decision with correct science for the policymaker and provided safeguard.The most major characteristic of this tool is that it gives data query rules to users, query freely according to one’s own demand by users, according to needing to carry on the design of design of the report form of one’s own, will inquire about the design fixed definitely in the function and report form design after breaking through the traditional system. Thus causes the database system dynamic report form the tendency possibly to realize into. Having satisfied users flexible and changeable to the report form, freedom is controlled, real-time and accuratedemand cost that the great too reducing system’s running and maintenance cost.The subject uses many kinds of technology to use synthetically promptly, involve and cross the research of theories multi-disciplinarily again, there is certain academic value. The application of this tool can also greatly reducing system’s running and maintenance cost. There is good application and practice value.更多还原
