【摘要】 全球经济日渐趋向一体化,企业面临的竞争范围不断扩展,企业物流被视为“第三利润源”,邮政企业整合自身资源优势,进军第三方物流市场是必然的选择。现代物流的发展趋势是信息化、自动化、网络化、智能化和柔性化,建立基于计算机和通信技术的物流信息系统是邮政发展现代物流的必由之路。本文以吉林邮政物流信息系统的设计为研究对象,在全面把握第三方物流相关概念以及邮政物流发展现状的基础上,采用结构化系统分析方法,全面分析吉林邮政发展第三方物流的条件,并在充分利用现有资源的基础上,规划吉林邮政物流网络结构,设计业务流程和网络中心节点功能。提出吉林邮政物流信息系统设计的总体目标,按照基础设施、技术层、数据层、功能层、服务层的顺序分析吉林邮政物流信息系统各项功能和应用。对吉林邮政物流业务流程重新整合,确定订单管理、仓储管理、配送管理和结算管理的业务流程。借助数据流程图、E-R图、控制矩阵等工具先后完成系统功能、逻辑模型、数据库和内部控制的设计。然后针对吉林邮政物流比较薄弱的环节—仓储管理进行详细设计,重点研究了仓储管理中信息管理环节。最后对吉林邮政物流信息系统数据库管理提出了一些看法,并对数据安全进行了设计。更多还原
