涡轮增压器主要零部件的模态计算及压气机CFD分析

【摘要】 本文是基于云南省中小企业创新基金项目“提高四缸柴油机增压器综合性能的研究及其产业化”而展开的。首先运用I-DEAS软件和国内先进设备三维实体扫描仪分别建立了YJP65型增压器压气机壳、涡轮壳和压气机长、短叶片、涡轮叶片的实体模型。 计算了该型号增压器的主要工作部件压气机叶片和涡轮叶片的前十阶模态,得到了各阶固有频率及相应的振型,并找到了叶片可能发生断裂或裂纹的位置。考虑到增压器转子转速相当高,本文还计算了受离心力影响的叶片的动频,计算结果表明,动频与静频值相差不大,可以用叶片的静频来代替动频。对比增压器的工作转速和叶轮与涡轮叶片旋转通过频率,找出了叶片共振的频率,并提出了相应的调频措施,从而为控制增压器叶片的振动提供了理论依据。 本文还建立了压气机内的流场通道,运用大型CFD软件FLUENT,对压气机内的流场进行了三维、粘性、定常模拟,讨论了整个压气机内的速度场以及压力场分布,和经验值相比较,模拟结果比较理想。为增压器主要零部件的设计及解决叶片的振动问题打下了基础。
【Abstract】 This article is based on the item middle-sized and small-sized corporation innovation fund of YUNNAN province. I used software I-DEAS and Three-dimensional object scanner which is advanced in our country to build the modal of compressor turbine and blades.This article analysed the first ten ranks vibration-modes of blades, so the blade’s natural frequency of each rank and their corresponding vibration mode are gained, places where the flaws and ruptures will occur. What is more, I have computed the frequency which effected by centrifugal inertia force, through that, I find the frequency discrepancy between static state and rotating stating is so small that the frequency in static state can instead of it in rotating state. In contrast to revolving speeding of the turbo-charger and the passing frequencies of the blades, the blade’s syntonic frequencies are obtained. While,I bring forward methods of adjusting frequencies of blades to avoid their resonace. So the severe vibration are avoided.In this article I also built the object model of compressor internal flow channels. I simulate the flow field of compressor under the assumptions of three-dimensional vicosity and steadiness. So this established base on design for main parts of turbo-charger and resolved for vibration of blades.
