高氟牧草中氟与碘在绵羊体内互作关系的研究

【摘要】 本试验以绵羊作为实验动物,以乌梁素海高氟沉水水草作为消化道氟源,碘以KIO3形式在日粮中添加,(F:50、100、150mg/kg I:25、50、75mg/kg)在绵羊机体交互作用,通过消化代谢、饲养、屠宰试验对日粮养分消化率、激素水平、酶水平及对绵羊体内氟、碘沉积的试验研究,筛选出不同剂量水草氟与适宜量碘作用,为乌梁素海水草的广泛使用及氟、碘毒性拮抗的适宜剂量提供依据,试验结果表明:1能氮代谢影响研究中,(F:50mg/kgI:25mg/kg)组消化能、代谢能最高。(F:100mg/kgI:25mg/kg)组日粮中,对氮消化代谢水平最佳(P<0.05)。(F:50mg/kg I:75mg/kg)组日粮中碘吸收率最高,为59.83mg/kg,且氟的吸收率最低,为23.52mg/kg,(F:150mg/kg I:25mg/kg)日粮氟的吸收率最高,碘的吸收率最低9.09mg/kg(P<0.05)。其中F:50mg/kgI:25mg/kg)组对NDF消化率最高(P<0.05)。对ADF消化率,(F:100mg/kgI: 25-50mg/kg)组消化率最高(P<0.05)。其中(F:100mg/kgI:50-75mg/kg)组对钙、磷的消化率最高(P<0.05)。2(F:150mg/kg I:75mg/kg)组水平下T3水平最低,与其他组日粮T3水平相比(P<0.05)。(F:150mg/kg I:50mg/kg)组的TSH水平最低,绵羊机体T4水平的影响基本没有变化(P>0.05)。对酶AKP、T-AOC水平没有影响(P<0.05),表明对机体没有造成毒害作用。3筛选出不同剂量水草氟与50mg/kg碘作用,经屠宰试验对照组肾脏氟含量最低,与各试验组相比(P<0.01)。试验1组肾脏氟的含量最高。试验2组的肝脏氟和肌肉氟含量最高(P<0.05),日粮中添加50、150mg/kg水草氟日粮经排泄在机体蓄积较少,机体未发生中毒现象。试验2组的心脏氟和牙齿氟的含量最高(P<0.05),表明100mg/kg水草氟水平下,肋骨氟含量随之有所下降,在牙齿中沉积最为明显。各组肋骨氟含量差异不显著试验组的胫骨、肋骨钙、胫骨、肋骨磷均比对照组含量低(P<0.05)。试验2、3组前中后15天体重均有增加,在中15天体重变化试验2组与对照组相比增重较高(P<0.05)。4 (F:100 mg/kg I:50-75mg/kg)组对营养物质消化代谢水平最高(P<0.05)。在不同剂量水草氟与50mg/kg碘作用屠宰试验研究中,其中(F:100 mg/kg I:50mg/kg)骨骼组织中氟沉积最高,肾脏组织其氟得含量仍然最高(P<0.05)。该组在日增重效果上比其它组明显,日粮中添加(F:100 mg/kg I:50mg/kg)在实践生产上可以利用。5通过屠宰试验首次发现,反映氟中毒敏感的靶器官除众所周知的牙齿外,心脏
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted by sheep , and the diet was treated by F and I ,high F containing High-Fluorine Aquatic Weed was digestible F ,and I was added the form of KIO3. (F:50、100、150mg/kg I:25、50、75mg/kg), Through digesting experiment , feeding experiment and slaughter experiment ,we studied the effect of diet F and I on digestion of nutrient ,hormones and tissues uptabe of F and I .The results were showed as follows:1.The group adding 50mg/kg F and 25mg/kg I appeared the best digested energy and metabolic energy When adding 100mg/kg F and 25mg/kg I, N digestion/metabolism was the best ,when adding 50mg/kg F and 75mg/kg I, it appeared of that absorbtion of F was the highest attended to 59.83mg/kg and absorbtion of I was the lowest attended to 23.52mg/kg.2.The group of adding 50mg/kg F and 75mg/kg I appeared lower T3 level compared with other groups and adding 150mg/kg F and 50mg/kg I appeared the lowest TSH level. The diet F and I did not effect the sheep T4 level significantly . The diet F and I did not effect the sheep AKP、T-AOC level significantly(P>0.05).3.When the diet was added 50mg/kg I and different levels of F .The results showed the deposition of F in kidney was the lowest in the control , compared with other treatments. Kidney F and heart F of group 1 was the highest (P<0.05) .The body F deposition reduced when added 50mg/kg and 150mg/kg F, the animal did not appeared toxic phenomenon.The teeth F of group 2 was the highest (P<0.05). The rib F of treatments was similar , the rib ,tibia Ca and rib, tibia P was lower than the control .The weight of sheep in group 2 ,group 3 increased.4.The digestion of nutrients was the highest (P<0.05), when adding 10mg/kg F and 50-75mg/kg I, and F deposotion in bone (P<0.05) and kidney (P<0.05), of the group adding 100mg/kg F was the highest by slaughter. However ,the sheep did not appeared toxic phenonmena ,also daily growth was significant.The results mentioned indicated that the diet was suitable by adding 00mg/kg F and 50mg/kg I in sheep production.5. By slaughter experiment, except teeth was sensitivity apparatus of reflecting fluorosis.Firstly ,we found the heart was harmed easyly. In this experiment, change trend which fluorine content of
