柠条材锯切特性及采伐机具的研究

【摘要】 内蒙古地区灌木资源十分丰富,其中柠条是一种非常重要的沙生灌木资源,其生态价值和经济价值都很高,它不仅是防风固沙的优良树种,也是生产人造板的优质原料。由于柠条本身的材性和实际的生长立地条件,导致传统的割灌设备无法完全满足采伐的需求,目前柠条灌木林的采伐仍以人工砍伐为主,还没有理想的采伐机具。本文对内蒙古西部地区的沙生灌木资源状况及其采伐现状进行了调查研究,对柠条材的物理力学性能进行了测试;通过圆锯片单齿模拟锯切试验,对柠条材锯切力进行了测试,确定了单齿进给量与锯切力之间的关系;建立了柠条材锯切功率分析模型,确定了单齿进给量与锯切功率之间的关系,为采伐机具的设计提供了依据。研究结果表明:单齿进给量与锯切力和锯切功率之间分别存在着线性关系,并且随着单齿进给量的增加,锯切力和锯切功率明显增大;另外在柠条灌木林采伐生产率为30cm2/s的条件下,由单齿进给量与锯切功率之间的关系,得到了柠条灌木林采伐机具所需的功率为0.73kW。最后本文提出了一种采伐机具新的设计思路,即以小四轮拖拉机动力输出轴为动力源的设计方法,并最终初步设计了一种柠条灌木林的采伐机具。
【Abstract】 Caragana is a very important kind of desert shrub resource, which is very abundant in Inner Mongolia. Its ecological value and economic value are both very high, it is not only the excellent wood specie to prevent wind and fix sand, but also the high quality raw material to produce wood-based panel. However, the traditional cutting machine can’t meet the demand of cutting, because of the properties of Caragana and its growing circumstance. At present, Caragana is cutted mainly by man power, there isn’t perfect cutting machine. The paper investigated the status of desert shrub in the west of Inner Mongolia and its cutting, the physical mechanics properties were tested. Though the simulate cutting experiment of single tooth of round saw, the cutting force of Caragana was tested, the relationship between feeding size of single tooth and cutting force was confirmed, the analysis model of Caragana cutting power was established, the relationship between feeding size of single tooth and cutting power was assured, which provide theory basis for the design of cutting tool. The research results showed: There exited linearly relationship between feeding size of single tooth and cutting force, cutting power, with the increasing of feeding size of single tooth, cutting force and cutting power enhanced; When Caragana cutting productivity is 30cm2/s, the cutting power of cutting tool is 0.73kw,which is gained from the relationship of feeding size of single tooth and cutting power. A new design thought was proposed: the design technique which use the power output axis of tractor as the origin of power, furthermore, a Caragana cutting machine was primary designed.
