内蒙古白绒山羊繁殖性状的遗传规律及选择方法的研究

【摘要】 本研究利用4387只内蒙古白绒山羊母羊的窝产羔数、受精力、多胎性三个繁殖性状的记录和9980只内蒙古白绒山羊羔羊的初生重、断乳重记录,分别进行了内蒙古白绒山羊繁殖性状的表型及遗传规律的研究、内蒙古白绒山羊窝产羔数遗传方式的初步研究、内蒙古白绒山羊阈性状(窝产羔数)选择方法的研究和神经网络在内蒙古白绒山羊选种中的初步应用四项研究。本研究分别用MINQUE、ANOVA、ML、REML及MCMC等方法估计内蒙古白绒山羊繁殖性状的遗传参数;用遗传算法分析内蒙古白绒山羊窝产羔数的遗传方式;用MTDFREML和SAS 9.0软件估计内蒙古白绒山羊阈性状(窝产羔数)的育种值;用神经网络理论初步建立了一种基于牧场管理者和科研人员沟通基础上的选种方案制定方法。

【Abstract】 Data set of records of fitter size, fertility and prolificacy from 4387 Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats ewes and data set of records of birth weight and ablactation weight from 9980 lambs were used to estimate genetic parameters of reproduction traits. At the same time, genetic modes of fitter size and selection methods in threshold traits have been researched. Further more, Artificial Neural Network(ANN) was firstly applied in selection of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats.We use many mathematic methods to estimate genetic parameters of reproduction traits,such as MINQUE、ANOVA、ML、REML and MCMC etc. Softwares, MTDFREML and SAS 9.0, were used to estimate breeding value in threshold traits (fitter size). Original selection method based on ANN was created to integrate experiences of farmers and scientists.
