基于PC104总线的数据采集仪与数据分析系统的研究开发

【摘要】 在现代企业生产过程中,智能数据采集系统的应用受到广泛的重视,被认为是提高企业市场竞争力的重要途径。本文以研发出一套可靠性高、功能强大的便携式数据采集仪器为导向,在深入研究数据采集系统原理的基础上,设计开发出了基于PC104总线的数据采集仪。研发过程中,采用基于PC104总线结构的设计思路,充分利用了PC104总线结构的堆栈式连接、结构紧凑、集成度高、扩展性强和功能强大等特点。该仪器不仅具有现场实时数据采集和分析的主要功能,还具有数字量I/O控制以及定时与计数等可扩展功能。为了实现对高水平质量的生产过程进行有效监控,进而又研发了功能强大的数据采集与数据分析软件系统,从而可以充分发挥数据采集仪的硬件性能。软件设计中,采用了先进的理论算法,在实现对数据的正态性检验的基础上,利用统计过程质量控制理论实现对生产过程的有效监控。软件系统具有智能数据采集、有效数据管理、过程能力指数计算、控制图显示以及过程异常自动预警等功能。最后,通过实例分析证明了该数据采集仪硬件性能的可靠性和软件理论的正确性。本系统适合于在现场对生产状态进行分析和判断,及时预防和控制生产过程,其在很大程度上提高了产品质量和企业经济效益。
【Abstract】 In manufacturing process of modern enterprises, the application of intelligent dataacquisition system is widely noticed and it is recognized as the important method to improvethe competitive power of the enterprises. For developing the high reliability portable dataacquisition instrument, the principle of intelligent data acquisition system is researcheddeeply. The data acquisition instrument based on pc104 bus is developed.In development process, design method based on pc104 bus structure is adopted, andthe pc104 bus structure’s features are made full use of, for instance stacked connect, compactstructure, high integrated level etc. This apparatus not only has the function of dataacquisition and analysis, but also has the expandability function of digital I/O control, timeclock and counter etc.The software system of data acquisition and analysis is developed for monitoring highquality manufacturing process effectively, to make full use the hardware performance of dataacquisition instrument. In software design, the advanced theory algorithm is adopted.According to the result of data normality test, the theory of statistical process quality controlis utilized to monitor manufacturing process effectively. This software system has powerfulfunction, such as intelligent data acquisition, effective data management, process qualityexponential calculation, show the control chart and it can remind people in time when theprocess is not normal. In the end, the performance’s reliability and theory’s correct of the system is proved bypractice case analysis. The system can be used to analyzing and estimating status ofproducing, controlling manufacturing process and then preventing rejects’ appearance. Thedevelopment of this system has tremendous significance to economy and society.
