煤炭微生物絮凝剂的研究

【摘要】 煤炭絮凝剂主要是在选煤厂处理煤泥水过程中用来加速煤泥絮凝沉降的。目前在选煤厂中仍然是以化学絮凝剂尤其是有机絮凝剂为主,微生物絮凝剂作为新一代安全无毒无害的絮凝剂还没有被应用于煤炭领域。本论文中从土壤中分离出大肠杆菌、酵母菌,从朽木中分离出白腐真菌,并从中科院微生物研究所购买了酱油曲霉。用这四种菌种作为絮凝剂产生菌,研究煤炭微生物絮凝剂对煤泥水悬浊液的絮凝效果。同时试验分析了四种菌种在特定培养条件下的生长曲线。通过试验分析得到:大肠杆菌对煤泥水没有任何的絮凝效果,加入大肠杆菌培养液之后煤泥水的沉降速度反而减慢了;白腐真菌对煤泥水有很好的絮凝作用,在助凝剂(CaCl2用量为0.2g/L)的参与下,白腐真菌振荡培养36h的培养液离心上清液,加药量为0.5%时对煤泥水的絮凝率达到94%;试验分析酵母菌在菌体培养30h时制成的絮凝剂—培养液离心上清液,加药量为2%,助凝剂(CaCl2)0.2g/L时,其对煤泥水的絮凝率达到97.97%;酱油曲霉对煤泥水有絮凝效果,菌体培养72h时制成的絮凝剂即破碎离心上清液对煤泥水的絮凝效果最好,当加药量为1.5%,助凝剂CaCl20.2g/L时絮凝率达到90.76%。 同时,本论文从筛选的四种菌种中挑选一种对煤泥水絮凝效果最好的微生物絮凝剂产生菌—酵母菌,对其进行进一步的试验研究。寻找出微生物絮凝剂絮凝煤泥水的最佳工艺组合:煤泥水浓度为38.9g/L,微生物絮凝剂(B)(酵母菌培养30h的培养液离心上清液)用量为3%,加菌后搅拌180s,助凝剂用量为0.6g/L。本论文还进行了微生物絮凝剂(B)与常用絮凝剂(PAM)絮凝煤泥水效果的对比试验,得到结论:与PAM相比,微生物絮凝剂(B)絮凝的煤泥水澄清界面沉降速度比较慢,但沉降相同时间后,上清液的吸光度(絮凝率)差别不大。论文的最后FTRI、XRD分析,初步讨论了微生物絮凝剂(B)絮凝煤泥水的絮凝机理。

【Abstract】 Coal flocculation is mainly to be used to accelerate the settlement speed of the coal slurry during the process of the coal slurry treatment in the coal preparation plant. Now, chemical flocculation still takes the importent part in coal preparation plant especialy the organic flocculation, MBF as a new no-poisionous, harmless, safety flocculation hasn’t been applied in the feild of the coal. In the paper, E.coli, Yeasts separated from soil, White rot fungi separated from rotten wood, and Aspergillus sojae bought from Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, using which, the effects of coal-MBF treating coal slurry were studied. At the same time, the growth curves of the strains were also tested and analysied. The results show that: instead of a good flocculent effect, the E.coli hasn’t any effect in coal slurry, inversy it slows the settlement speed. Coal slurry is well settled with the action of the White rot fungi, the best effect is 94%, in case that CaCl2 0.2g/L, the MBF (0.5%) is the centrifugation of liquid-state, which is cultured for 36 hours. The centrifugation of Yeasts liquid-state does a better action in the coal slurry. With centrifugation of Yeasts liquid-state cultured for 30 hours 2%, and CaCl2 0.2g/L, the flocculent effect is 97.97%. The flocculent effect reaches 90.76%, when the MBF is maken from centrifugation of liquid-state when Asp.sojae cultured for 72hours, and with CaCl2 0.2g/L, MBF 1.5%.At the same time, the further research of the strains, which treated the coal slurry best, was carried out. The best technological combination of MBF treating coal slurry is found: density of the coal slurry is 38.9g/L, MBF(B)(centrifugation of Yeasts liquid-state cultured for 30 hours)3%, CaCl2 0.6g/L.The comparison of the effects flocculating coal slurry between MBF(B) and PAM was carried out. The result shows: compared to PAM, the slurry settlement speed treated by MBF(B) is lower. But after the same settlement time, the flocculent effects of the both are the same. At the end of the paper, the flocculent mechanics of the MBF (B)was discussed using the FTIR, XRD analysis.
