钢管混凝土支架力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 钢管混凝土结构由于其优越的力学性能而在工程中得到了广泛的应用。将钢管混凝土制成支架用于地下工程支护中,可减少耗钢量、降低支护成本和增大地下空间的使用面积,在经济上有很高的效益。但目前尚未有专门针对钢管混凝土支架计算方法方面的研究,这严重影响了钢管混凝土支架的推广应用。本论文是对钢管混凝土支架计算方法的进一步研究。主要方面如下: 1) 进行理论分析,研究钢管混凝土支架在大小偏心受压条件下,核心混凝土与钢管之间的相互作用的力学机理; 2) 根据相似理论,确定相似准则,加工制造钢管混凝土模型支架,确定模型试验方案;进行实验室试验,以验证核心混凝土与钢管之间的相互作用的力学机理; 3) 利用正交试验法分析钢管混凝土的主要影响因素对钢管混凝土的力学性能的影响; 4) 测试圆弧形钢管混凝土支架在荷载作用下轴向和环向的应力—应变分布规律,讨论分析圆弧形钢管混凝土支架构件的工作机理和力学工作性能。 5) 根据证实后的核心混凝土与钢管之间的相互作用的力学机理,建立钢管混凝土支架的计算方法; 6) 用有限元软件模拟三维的钢管混凝土支架的力学性能; 本论文只对钢管混凝土的力学性能在前面的基础上进行了进一步的研究,并得出了一些结论,这些结论对钢管混凝土支架的设计与工程实践具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
【Abstract】 Concrete filled steel tube structure has gotten extensive application because of its superior mechanics performance in project. Using concrete filled steel tube support in underground engineering can not only reduce the quantity of steel consumption but also increase the workable area of the underground space, on economy the benifit that has very high. But now has not had to aim at the Concrete filled steel tube support specially the research in the aspect of calculation method, this has influenced Concrete filled steel tube support seriously popularize. This paper is for Concrete filled steel tube support further research of calculation method. As follows in the aspect of major:1) Carry out ’the theoretical analysis, research the interaction mechanics mechanism of the key concrete and steel tube when big or small partial press strip;2) Basis on the similar theory determine similar norm make concrete filled steel tube model support, definite scheme of model test;carry out laboratory experiment ,check the interaction mechanics mechanism between verification key concrete and steel tube;3) The major influencing factor that uses the orthogonality testing law analysis concrete filled steel tube is for the concrete filled steel tube the influence of mechanics performance;4) To test axial and ring to stress - strain distribution law of arc-support concrete filled steel tube under the load , Discuss and analysis mechanics character of service and the working mechanism of arc-support concrete filled steel tube;5) Basis on the interaction mechanics mechanism between the key concrete and the steel tube that can be confirmed , establish the calculation method of the concrete filled steel tube support;6) Imitate the mechanics performance of the three-dimensional concrete filled steel tube support with finite element software;This paper is for the concrete filled steel tube mechanics performance has carried out further research on preceding foundation, and reaches some conclusions, these conclusions have certain guidance meaning and reference value for project practice and the design of the concrete filled steel tube support.Figure one hundred fourteen table twenty reference fifty-seven
