烟草加工系统粉尘防爆安全评价的研究

【摘要】 本论文以模糊数学理论为基础,运用模糊综合评价方法对烟草加工系统粉尘防爆安全总体水平进行模糊综合评价,得出粉尘防爆安全等级。应用模糊综合评价方法进行评价时,最重要的是评价指标体系的建立和各因素权重的确定,文中依据事故理论的综合论观点,建立了多层次的安全评价因素体系,确定评价因素的权重时,采用了定性与定量相结合的层次分析法(AHP),使之权重的赋值更加科学、合理,较好地反映了各因素对粉尘防爆安全现状的重要程度。之后,将所研究的粉尘防爆安全评价方法应用于安徽中烟集团下属一个烟草加工系统,并采用安全等级特征量对模糊综合评价结果进行处理,得出了该系统的粉尘防爆安全等级。应用实例表明:针对于烟草加工系统的粉尘防爆安全模糊综合评价方法可操作性强、效果较好,可在烟草加工企业的粉尘防爆安全评价中广泛应用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on fuzzy mathematics theory, applying the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the safety assessment of the tobacco process system’s dust explosion prevention, getting its safety grade. Carrying out the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the most important thing is to establish the assessment factors system and to define the relative weights. According to general viewpoint of accident theory, dust exploding prevention safety assessment factors system is established and analyzed. To define the relative weights in a qualitative and quantitative way- Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is more scientific and reasonable for symbolizing the important extent of factors in recently safety. Then putting the above method into one of the tobacco process systems of Anhui Tobacco Group, its safety grade is acquired using the safety grade characteristic quantity. The applying example indicates: the researched method is feasible and effective, it can be used widely in the safety assessment of the tobacco process system.Figure [10] table [18] reference [51]
