基于Web的煤矿作业规程编制及管理系统

【摘要】 煤矿作业规程是规范煤矿采掘作业、合理组织生产的技术基础,是指导煤矿安全生产和操作施工的具体体现,是煤矿生产技术管理中一项非常重要的工作。目前,煤矿企业作业规程编制及管理普遍还存在编制周期太长,内容不够齐全,针对性不强,文档的管理落后等问题。通过对煤矿作业规程编制及管理过程的详细调研和分析,结合专家系统、人工智能,计算机网络等技术,本文提出了基于J2EE平台的多层B/S结构的煤矿作业规程编制及管理系统完全解决方案。 在该系统的开发过程中,采用了基于UML的面向对象分析建模方法,基于MVC模式的struts框架技术,系统安全控制技术和基于案例推理的专家系统等技术。实现了煤矿作业规程的编制任务下发、新建规程、修改规程、规程审批、规程查询、浏览、学习等一体化功能,并构建了煤矿作业规程中安全技术措施专家系统,实现了安全技术措施的自动生成。不仅大大提高了作业规程的编制效率和质量,方便了作业规程的学习和使用,而且能够实现和煤矿企业现有的信息系统的“无缝”集成,并可根据需求,方便地扩展系统功能,推动了煤矿企业的信息化进程。
【Abstract】 Coal Mine Operational Rules(CMOR) is the technical base of normalizing mining and excavated operation and scientifically organizing production. It is an embodiment of instructing production and construction safely and it is also a very important work for the coal mine production and technology management. At present, there are many problems in the course of compiling and managing CMOR, such as too long compiling period, inadequate and impertinent contents, and outdated document management. On the base of investigating and analyzing the process of CMOR compiling and management, the paper integrates expert system(ES), artificial intelligence, computer network and other technologies, and puts forwards a complete resolvent for CMOR compiling and management system, namely n-tier B/S system structure based on J2EE platform.During the system developing, oriented-object analysis and modeling method based UML, struts web framework based on MVC pattern, system security control technology, ES with case -based reasoning and other technologies were used. The system implemented incorporate function of allotting task, creating new Rule, modifying Rule, examining and approving Rule, searching Rule, browsing Rule, learning Rule etc, and building up an ES which can automatically generating safety and technology measures of Coal Mine Operational Rules. It improves compiling efficiency and quality of Coal Mine Operational Rules, and make CMOR convenient for learning and using. It can be seamlessly integrated into other information systems of enterprise. its functions can be added .it promotes the progress of coal mine informatization.
