本钢第一机修厂生产管理信息系统的应用研究

【摘要】 本钢第一机修厂是本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司下属的控股子公司。主要从事冶金、矿山、轧钢、焦耐、运输、化工、塑料等行业所需设备及备品备件的加工制作。本钢第一机修厂生产经营信息系统的核心部分是生产管理。针对管理和生产部门比较集中,用户单位相应比较分散,机修行业产品变化大、工艺过程繁杂的状况,研究如何能更好提高劳动生产率、市场占有率和竞争力,开发出具有行业特点的制造业信息化软件,为机修机制行业的发展提供适用的管理工具,建立起与市场经济条件相适应的企业信息管理系统,是本课题机械制造业生产管理信息系统的主要目标。 文中首先对机械制造业及信息化建设的现状与发展作了简要综述。然后从机械制造业生产管理信息系统的规划开始,按照软件工程学的方法来进行系统的分析与设计工作。 在系统规划中,明确了系统目标及功能,确定了系统结构与配置方案,建立了系统的网络模型,并对系统的应用需求进行了全面的分析及调查,同时对系统的实施进行了详尽的说明。 在系统分析中,分析并完成了本系统中工程管理子系统、工艺管理子系统、供应管理子系统、生产管理子系统、质量管理子系统、作业管理子系统及财务结算子系统等七个功能模块的业务流程和数据流程。 在系统设计中,采用实体-关系图进行了数据库概念模型的设计,以SQL Server 2000数据库环境进行了数据库的物理设计,并且按照信息编码技术的原则制定了本系统用户的信息编码方案。 在系统实施中,应用数据库管理系统软件SQL Server 2000和客户端应用程序PowerBuilder 9.0,对本系统的具体实施作了论述,重点详细地论述了本人负责的生产管理子系统的应用开发。

【Abstract】 Benxi Iron & Steel Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. which is the holding subsidiary company of Benxi Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. mainly deals with necessary equipments and spare parts processing and manufacture needed by metallurgy, mine, rolling, coke, refractory, transportation, chemical and plastic industries etc. The producing management is the hardcore of producing information systems in machinery manufacture industry. In allusion to concentrated management and producing departments, scattered customers, changeful machinery products and complicated processes, Main aim of the project is the producing information systems of machinery manufacture industry to study how to improve working productivity, market occupation ratio and competitive power, develop manufacture information system software with machinery characteristics, provide applicable management tool for the development of machinery industry, implement effective enterprise information establishment, and set up enterprise information system acceptable for market economy.Firstly this paper summarizes simply the actuality and development of machinery manufacture industry and information establishment, then begins to analyze and design the producing management information system of machinery manufacture industry according to the method of software engineering science.In the system programming, we make certain the aim and function, confirm the construction and scheme, set up the network model, analyze and investigate fully the application and requirement, and illuminate in detail the execution and development plan of system.In the system analysis, we analyze and complete engineering management subsystem, process management subsystem, supply management subsystem, production management subsystem, quality management subsystem, operating management subsystem and financial settlement subsystem etc. operation and data flow of seven function modules.In the system design, we work out the database concept model with the reality-relation figure, and physical design of database in SQL Server 2000, draw up the coding scheme of system customer in accordance with the principle of system codingtechnology.In the system implement, we indicate concrete execution of this system in database management system software SQL Server 2000 and client application program Power Builder 9.0, and the application development of production management subsystem with my responsibility is elaborated in detai.
