我国大学教师的学术责任研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济社会的到来,知识在社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。大学作为知识传播、探究的场所,一直以来都被看作是一个社会的学术与文化的组织,学术性是大学的根本特性之一。但是由于目前学术界学术腐败等不良学术风气的频繁出现,作为大学知识传播、创造与应用主体的大学教师,其学术责任得到社会的普遍关注。因此,探讨大学教师承担的学术责任的内容、影响因素及保障机制成为本文研究的主要内容。 学术责任主要是指高等教育机构或科研机构的专业学术人员对一切与知识以及知识活动有关的内容所承担的一种义务,即学术人员在其教学、科研、社会服务等领域内开展各种学术活动时要遵守一定的学术标准和学术规范,对其教学内容、科研成果、科研方法以及科研过程承担一定的责任,并有义务在学术道德、治学态度上起模范带头作用。大学教师的学术责任主要包括知识传播与延续的责任,知识探索与创造的责任,知识应用与发展的责任,知识管理与评价的责任。大学教师的职业特殊性和大学的功能决定了大学教师必须承担相应的学术责任。大学教师作为一个学术人,他既是独立自主的研究者,同时也是学校群体及社会群体中的一分子。因此,大学教师学术责任的实现不仅受到社会政治、经济、文化中各种因素的影响,也会受到学校资源管理制度、学术管理制度、教师评价制度等因素的制约,同时还受到教师自身学术水平、道德自律能力等因素的限制。因此,要想使大学教师学术责任的实现得到保障,我们必须从以下几方面入手:建构政府、学术与市场三位一体的保障机制;建立完善的学术制度;提高大学教师自身的素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of the knowledge and economy society, knowledge is becoming increasingly important in its development. As the place to spread and explore knowledge, university has always been taken as an academic and cultural organization and technicality is one of essential nature of it. But now with the spread of academic corruption, academic responsibility taken by university teachers, those who create, spread and apply knowledge, has widely been concerned about. Hence this thesis attempts to seek what is the university teachers’ academic responsibility and how to ensure the teachers will take the responsibility.Academic responsibility can be defined as the obligation in the study and research work for those professional personnel in universities and scientific research institutions. These professional personnel must abide by the academic criteria and regulations in teaching, scientific research, contribution to society and other academic work;they must be responsible in the teaching work, achievement in the scientific research, the way and the process of the academic work;and set good examples in practicing academic morality and being honest in the scientific research. University teachers must take the responsibility to spread and hand down the knowledge, to explore and create new knowledge, to apply and renew the knowledge, to manage and evaluate the knowledge. The vocational particularity of university teachers and the function of the university determine the academic responsibility the university teachers should take. As a learned man, the university teacher is an element of the school and society as well as an independent researcher. Accordingly, to take the academic responsibility of university teachers are affected by social and political, economic and cultural factors, and also by the management system of school resources, academic research and staff. Meanwhile, the teachers’ academic level and self-discipline have influence on how the teachers can assume the responsibility. Therefore, in order to ensure the university teachers will take the academic responsibility, the following steps must be taken: to set the guarantee system by the government, academic circle and the market;to establish the sound academic system;to improve the university teachers’ quality.更多还原
