【摘要】 教师专业化是世界教育的潮流,是实现教育改革、教育创新的关键,更是教师专业活动和自身发展的必然走向,其实质和核心是教师成为研究者,是教师科研素养的专业化。本研究旨在通过对中小学教师科研素养内涵要素的分析、主要问题的整理分析、并立足教育教学实践提出切实可行的提升策略,促进广大中小学教师科研观、发展观的形成,加快教师的专业化发展进程。本研究立足于中小学教育教学实践,运用了文献查阅、实证调查法等研究方法,以教师专业化的理论和实践为统领,从未来教育的要求、国内社会的发展、基础教育改革和教师教育改革方面阐述了提升中小学教师科研素养的必要性和重大意义,从专业品质、专业知识、专业能力和专业精神四方面分析了教师科研素养的要素内容,梳理分析了当前中小学教师科研素养中存在的主要问题:科研意识不强、专业知识结构不合理、科研方法不当、科研动力不足,最后从自主发展和专业引领两个层面归纳总结了提升教师科研素养的有效途径:激发教师的自我成长意识和愿望、塑造教师的专业品质和专业精神;引导教师树立终身学习理念、实现专业知识的积累;鼓励教师立足实践开展行动研究、促进专业能力的提升;健全完善校本教研机制、创设良好的研究氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teacher specialization is a mainstream trend in world education; it is the key to realize education reform and innovation. It is a final trend of teachers’special activities and personal development, its kernel is teachers’becoming researchers and specialization of teachers’ attainment. The purpose of the research, which is established on teaching practice, is to come up doable advancing policy, to accelerate forming vast primary teachers’ scientific research acquaintanceship and development acquaintanceship, to fasten developing process of teachers’specialization by analyzing intentional factors of primary teachers’ scientific research attainment and tidying main problems.The research which is established on teaching practice in primary schools and on the importance and necessity of improving primary teachers’ scientific research attainment, by looking up literature, approving and investigating, taking theory and practice of teachers’specialization as main purpose. It contains future educating claim, civil social development, basal educating reform and teacher teaching reform. It analyses the teachers’ scientific attainment connect on special quality, special knowledge, special ability and special inspirit. It clears current problems in primary teachers’ scientific research attainment, such as poor scientific research acquaintanceship, illogicality of special knowledge frame, incorrect scientific research ways and weak special attainment. It comes up main ways of improving teachers’ scientific research attainment in independent development and special direction. It encourages teachers to improve themselves and establish teacher special quality and spirit. It leads teachers to establishing studying consciousness and piling special knowledge.
