【摘要】 人力资源是实现科技进步,实现经济和社会发展的关键,同样,高校教师人力资源的管理和开发也是高等教育事业发展的关键。“以人为本”是人力资源管理的一个基本原则和理念。高校能否适应社会主义市场经济的需要,培养出与时俱进、开拓创新的高素质人才,关键在教师。培养好人才,使用好人才,留住人才,吸引人才是人力资源管理的重点。高等学校要想在当前竞争激烈的环境中生存和发展,就必须抢占人力资源高地,搭建发挥人力资源作用的平台,营造良好的用人环境,有效激活人力资源的潜能,科学地开发、保护和利用人力资源。进一步加快高校教师人力资源的培养提高,进一步优化高校教师人力资源开发的机制,进一步完善高校教师人力资源管理的制度与功能,已成为我国高等教育事业未来改革发展必须解决的重要课题。随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,高等教育从社会的边缘走向社会的中心,高校自身扩张型发展的需求和人的价值取向以及人的全面发展要求,迫切需要人事管理部门从传统的人事管理向现代化人力资源管理转轨,用整体性人才资源开发和人的全面发展理念创新,建立符合高校人事管理特点的模式。本文将现代人力资源管理的理念注入高校体育教师人力资源管理活动中来,使高校体育教师人力资源管理获得适应社会发展尤其是高等教育发展的新精神,加强高校体育教师人力资源的管理,使之更快地适应高校体育教学改革发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human resources are the key to realizing scientific and technological progress and economic and social development of the key,as teachers in colleges and universities in the management and development of human resources is the key to the development of higher education. "people-oriented" is a basic human resources management principles and concepts。Colleges and universities can meet the needs of the socialist market economy, train times,blaze new trails in the high-quality talent, the key lies in the teachers。Cultivating good talent,the use of good talent,technicians,attractive is the human resources management focus。Colleges and Universities are in the current competitive environment,survival and development,we must seize the heights of human resources,human resources play a role in the erection of the platform,create a good employment environment,the effective life of the human resources potential of scientific development,protection and utilization of human resources。Further accelerate the training of human resources for teachers in colleges and universities,teachers colleges and universities to further optimize the human resources development mechanisms,and further improve the human resources management system for teachers in colleges and universities and functions,has become China’s reform and development of higher education is the next important issue to be resolved。With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, higher education from the margins of society towards community centres,colleges and universities own expansion and development needs of the people and the values for the overall development of the urgent need of personnel management from the traditional to modern personnel management to human resources management transition, holistic development of human resources in the overall development of ideas and innovation and to establish institutions of higher learning personnel management features model。The modern concept of human resources management into sports teachers in colleges and universities,human resource management activities,the physical education teachers in colleges and universities have to adapt to human resources management and social development especially in the new spirit of the development of higher education,colleges and universities to strengthen the management of human resources sports teachers to more quickly adapt to the reform and development of colleges and universities teaching sports needs。更多还原
