约束屈曲支撑在单层网壳结构中的减震效果分析

【摘要】 约束屈曲支撑由内核钢支撑和外包构件组成。在轴向荷载作用下,约束屈曲支撑由内核受力构件来承担轴力,外包构件仅对内核构件提供侧向支撑,外包构件约束支撑的横向变形,防止内核钢支撑在压力作用下屈曲,并保证压力和拉力都只由内核钢支撑承受。约束屈曲支撑目前国内外大部分的研究均集中于框架结构体系,在国内外大量的计算、试验研究中,其在框架结构中的研究已有研究成果,但是其在大跨结构中的应用研究尚未开展。网壳结构作为一种非常普遍的大跨结构形式,在分析中利用约束屈曲支撑代替部分杆件以达到减震的效果,从而提高结构的安全度,因此,此项研究具有极大的理论意义和工程意义。本文在已有的国内外对约束屈曲支撑构件性能的研究基础上,借鉴其在框架结构中的应用研究,对其在网壳结构中的应用进行系统的研究。 本文主要进行了以下工作: (1)对网壳结构进行动力分析,研究单层K6型网壳结构的动力性能,为约束屈曲支撑的布置研究提供参考。 (2)分别对结构进行三个和一个三向地震作用分析,研究这四种地震作用下结构各杆件的动力性能,然后根据约束屈曲支撑的力学性能对其进行几种方式的布置,通过对几种布置方式的减震效果的分析,比较得出较为合理的支撑布置方式,综合研究约束屈曲支撑对网壳结构的减震效果。 (3)本文采取了两种截面形式的约束屈曲支撑进行分析——管式和棒式,通过地震作用分析比较二者的减震效果,分析棒式支撑形式在大跨度空间结构中应用的可能性。 (4)通过对网壳结构的地震作用分析,研究结构的矢跨比、约束屈曲支撑的截面大小、约束屈曲支撑的屈服强度等参数对网壳减震效果的影响,为约束屈曲支撑在大跨度空间结构中的应用提供有用的参考意见。

【Abstract】 The Buckling-Restrained Brace is a structural brace element consisting of a steel core plate surrounded by mortar and enclosed in a steel tube. This ingenious combination of components produces a seismic structural element with stable and symmetric tension-compression hysteretic behaviours. They usually consist of a steel core undergoing significant inelastic deformation when subjected to strong earthquake loads and a casing for restraining global and local buckling of the core element. But there are also have separation unit between core braces and buckling-restraining units, which ensures the brace can slide freely inside the buckling-restraining unit and that transverse expansion of the brace can take place when the brace yields in compression is of great importance. This typically requires some un-bonded material to be used as the separation unit.The researches of these kinds of component are all focus on the frames but few on the large span structure, this paper are research the affection of vibration reducing base on the research of it on frame.The main content in this paper are as follows:(1) To offer the reference for the arrangement of BRBs, it must research the seismic vibration of the Reticular domes first.(2) The affect of seismic vibration reduced are been get by research the structure with BRBs which are been acted by three single direction seismic waves and three directions seismic waves, and get the best arrangement of BRBs to the structure of each form wave.(3) The research of the paper is focus on the two kinds of section forms ------pipesection and stick section, and compare the affection of seismic vibration reduced of this two kinds sections to get possibility of the stick section BRBs be applied on large span structure.(4) To research the different affection of seismic vibration reduced of different rise-span ratio of structure , different size of the section of BRBs and different yield strength of BRBs , and then can offer some advices for the applied of BRBs.
