重庆地区农业气候资源及其信息化研究

【摘要】 农业气候资源是大自然为农业生产获得产品所提供的基本物质和能量,也是农业生产重要的环境条件。农业气候资源评价和农业气候区划素来是区域开发与国土整治的一项重要工作,国内用传统方法在这方面研究的历史比较长,对各地的农业发展曾做出过重大的贡献,但从信息时代的要求来看,传统方法的研究手段及成果的表达和运用显然已不能满足各方面的要求。而地理信息系统(GIS)技术的运用,则为农业气候资源的分析和开发利用提供了有效的新方法和新技术,有着广阔的应用前景。 本文主要是在计算机技术尤其是GIS技术的支持下,对重庆地区农业气候资源特征、农业气候资源要素空间分布模拟、量化分析与评价、作物布局以及在时间和空间上充分利用农业气候资源等问题进行了详细地研究,同时也着重探讨了区域农业气候资源信息化一系列功能子系统的开发研制。本文研究的目的就是通过二次开发研制出一系列农业气候资源信息化的功能子系统,为区域农业气候资源的利用和深入研究提供帮助。通过本文的研究,主要在以下几个方面取得了进展: (1)在格网系统中建立了基于GIS的重庆地区农业气候资源信息系统,为重庆地区农业气候资源的开发利用提供数据基础; (2)在信息数据库基础上,利用GIS和计算机技术探讨了重庆地区农业气候资源的空间分布模拟、量化分析与评价、作物布局及气候资源的充分利用等问题。在这些问题的探讨中,研究的基本单元为重庆地区格网系统的单个网格(1km×1km),每个网格单元包含相关的农业气候资源数据、行政区信息(县和乡镇两级)以及高程与经纬度值等。此外,在农业气候资源的量化分析与评价中,利用光、热、水单项资源指数、总量指数、结构指数和效能指数等量化指标不仅分析了重庆地区农业气候资源的分布差异,而且还把它与中国大陆部分省市区进行了相应比较,得出了重庆地区农业气候资源在全国所处的位置; (3)探讨了基于GIS的重庆地区农业气候资源信息化管理与分析。在该部分中主要是利用Avenue语言开发了农业气候资源信息化的数据获取、数掘处理与更新、信息表现与可视化、信息查询与分析、信息共享与输出以及其它辅助等功能子系统,这些功能子系统的探讨与实现极大地增强了重庆地区农业气候资源的信息化水平,同时也为区域农业气候资源辅助决策支持系统的建设提供了理论与技术上的基础。
【Abstract】 Synopsis: Agricultural climate resources are the basic material and energy provided by nature for agricultural production to obtain products. It is also an important environmental factor of agricultural production. Agricultural climate resources assessment and agricultural climate regionalization is always an important task to regional development and territory rehabilitation.The domestic research in this aspect using traditional methods lasted a long time, which has made a great contribution to regional agricultural development. However, according to the demands of information age, the traditional research means, as well as the expression and application of fruits can not meet the reqirements in all aspects obviously. Having a wide foreground,the application of GIS technique provides an effective new way and new technique for analysing and developing of agricultural climate resources.The paper is based on the technologies of computer, especially GIS.On the one hand, this thesis detailedly researched the characteristic, the dimensional simulation, the quantitative evaluation, the crop distribution and the fully utilization of the agroclimatic resources in ChongQing region;On the other hand, this thesis especially discussed the development of functional subsystems about the informationalizing of Agroclimatic Resources.The aim of this thesis is assist the using and the thoroughly studying of regional Agroclimatic Resources base on the functional subsystems. The advancements are as follows:(1)Basing on the Arcview GIS, established the information system of agroclimatic resources in ChongQing region in the grid-system, It can offer information to the study on the fully utilizaion of agroclimatic resources in ChongQing region;(2)On the basis of information database, the part had a discussion on the dimensional distribution, quantitative evaluation ,the use full of agroclimatic resources and crop distribution in ChongQing region by making use of GIS and computer.ln the discussion,the fundermental unit of research is a kind of grid-system(5km×5km),which includes all related data of agroclimatic resources, administrative information(countyand town),numerical value of longitude and latitude,etc.In addition,during the quantifying analysis and assessment , using the index of ray ,heat and water and the integrated index(Cr),the configurable index(Cf),and effective index(Ce),the author not only analyzed and evaluated the differences of agroclimatic resources in ChongQing region,but made a comparison between it and some other districts in our land and made a conclusion on the position of ChongQing in the whole country.(3)Based on GIS ,this part discussed the informationizing management and utility of agroclimatic resources of ChongQing .This part mainly developed some functional subsystems by Avenue,such as data capturing,data processing and updating,data showing and visualizing,data querying and analyzing, information sharing and outputting and other aiding functions.The development of all these systems not only greatly improve the informationized management and analysis on the agroclimatic resources of ChongQing region.but also provide the theoretical and technological basis for constructing the aid-deciding system of the regional agroclimatic resources.
