企业网络形成与演变的博弈论分析

【摘要】 企业网络是一种介于企业和市场之间的制度安排。企业网络理论正以全新的范式改变着企业理论、产业组织和战略管理的研究视野,引起越来越多的经济学家开始关注轻工纺织、汽车制造、生物工程和计算机软件等产业中企业网络的形成与演变过程,逐渐成为前沿理论界研究的新热点。然而到目前为止,对于企业网络的研究还处于初创时期,一些基本概念还未达成共识,各种经济学理论和管理学理论层出不穷,所关注的现实问题和理论背景都显得过于分散而缺乏普遍认同的框架标准,以至于人们在企业网络研究的重点和方法问题上还存在着分歧,造成这些困难的部分原因是由于网络的复杂性,由于企业网络中不仅包含复杂的互动关系,而且它还限制或者约束着处于其间的个体行为,难以建立符合现代经济学范式的一般化微观理论模型。本文基于博弈论,给出了一个分析企业网络运作的一般化的理论框架,试图回答关系契约在企业网络形成与演变中所起的作用。全文共分五个部分,以成本-收益以及结构-制度的剖析范式,从几组基本概念入手,逻辑推演层层展开,将企业网络的形成和演变过程分别抽象为组织系统的适应性和稳定性问题,构建了一个比较全面的分析框架。具体内容概述如下:第一章概念、方法和篇章结构。本章从一些最基本的概念入手,澄清论文的选题范围、研究方法、篇章结构安排以及可能存在的创新点。第二章企业网络经典理论文献评述。在回顾了分工与专业化、交易费用经济学、现代产权理论、战略管理理论和网络治理理论等五个视角下有关企业理论的经典理论文献之后,指出了本文分析有别于现有文献的独特之处。第三章企业网络的组织系统性质及其基本结构研究。给出了本文对企业网络的定义、特征描述和基本分类,提出了企业网络研究的两个基本问题,即适应性问题和稳定性问题,从组织系统的视角说明关系束在企业网络中所扮演的重要角色,并运用拓朴学的相关知识对企业网络的结构进行比较深入的分析。第四章企业网络形成与演变的博弈论分析(一)——适应性分析。鉴于企业网络在整个社会分工系统的层级体系中位于中间层位置,具有复合结构,为此,适应性问题首先表现为企业网络的整体生存空间及其结构和制度的形成过程,这是关于组织系统的整体适应性问题,也是这一命题的基本规定性问题;其次表现为企业网络内部成员企业的生存适应状态,这是关于组织系统的局部适应性问题,也是这一命题的根本规定性问题。第五章企业网络形成与演变的博弈论分析(二)——稳定性分析。研究企业网络结构的平衡演化路径、维持平衡演化路径的控制变量,成员企业参与合作的稳定机制和动力机制,以及能否收敛于稳定状态等问题。演化博弈论将企业网更多还原

【Abstract】 Inter-firm network is another kind of institutional arrangement between the enterprise and the market institution. Inter-firm network theory changes the research view towards the theory of enterprise, industry organization and strategy management in a brand-new style, which leads to a focus made by more and more economists on the forming and evolving process of the inter-firm network in some industries such as textile, auto-manufactory, biology project and computer software. This theory is becoming the new hotspot in the front research area. Up to day, however, the research on the inter-firm network is still at the beginning period. Researchers have not arrived at the common understanding about a number of basic conceptions yet. Different kinds of theories emerge in endlessly in the fields of economics and management. The real problems and academic background which have been concentrated on are too sporadic to establish a normal frame identified by most scholars. So that, there are a series of divarications about the keystones and methods of the research related. These difficulties are made partly because the complication of the network. To be precise, the inter-firm network contains not only the complicated mutual relationships among the member enterprises but also the restrictions to modify the individual behaviors in it. It is much difficult to establish a general microcosmic theoretical model which accords with the modern economics.Based on the game theory, this thesis tries to give a general theory frame to analyze the operation of an inter-firm network. We are also trying to answer what role the relational contract will play in the same process. The thesis divides into five parts. From several groups of basic conceptions, we use the method of cost-income and structure-institution to deduct the logical ideas from one layer to another. The progress of the forming and evolving an inter-firm network is abstracted to the problem of the adaptability and the stability of an organization system respectively. In doing so, we can get a fuller theory frame. The details are as follows:Chapter One: Conceptions, Methods and Structures of the Chapters. From several basic conceptions, this part clarifies the thesis components range from topic scope, research method and structure to innovation points on the cards.Chapter Two: Comments on the Sutra Theory of the Inter-firm Network.
