【摘要】 随着计算机技术的不断发展及各种先进技术的运用,企业产品开发周期在不断缩短,信息在成倍增加,信息在企业中已占据愈来愈重要的位置。企业逐渐实现计算机信息化,使得各国生产、制造企业不得不面临越来越激烈的全球化市场竞争。信息由企业创建,并且有效地应用于企业目标的实现,成为一种新的企业资源,其利用程度和有效的管理就成为企业信息化的新任务。如何提高企业的信息共享程度、信息传递速度、提高应用集成系统效率,进行有效的信息管理,如何为企业提供先进的计算机系统支撑环境已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。解决这个问题的关键是建立起一个可开发的集成模型框架,将不同环境下的独立系统集成起来,尤其是将它们的数据信息集成起来。基于产品数据管理PDM (Product Data Management)的协同设计就是为解决这个问题提出来的。本文通过对一汽模具制造有限公司实际情况的调研,结合先进的数据管理系统,利用PDM软件smarteam,对一汽模具有限公司的PDM流程管理、文档管理、产品结构管理、人员管理、项目管理架构提出了自己的设想及建设目标,并规划了各个模块的实施的具体技术方案,最终取得了显著的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 When we enter the 21st century ,we are in the knowledge economy and thenetwork economical time. Takeing the information technology as the leadership,the synthesis advanced manufacture technology and the modern managementpattern high technology and new technology is the modern enterprisedevelopment direction. The traditional production organization way, themanagement pattern, the obsolete backwardness means of production and the toolthat fall behind , have not been able to adapt the modern enterprise in the intenseglobal market environment competition. For the manufacturing businessenterprise, the application of CAD/ CAE/ CAM technical at promote productivitydevelopment also brought the new challenge. Although various units computerassistance technology oneself is day by day mature, but between each other lackseffective information sharing and the use, forms "the information isolated island"PDM (product data management) is take the software as a foundation, is atechnology that manage all the product correlation information (includingelectronic documents, digitized document, database record and so on) and all theprocess of the product correlation (including work flow and change flow). Itprovides the product life cycle information’s management, and may establishes aparallel cooperation environment in the enterprise scope for the product designand the manufacture. The PDM implementation is a complex work. This articlehas analyzed the PDM technology production, the system structure and in themain function foundation, unifies FAW mold company the design and theproduction actual situation, carried on the PDM flow management, the documentsmanagement, the product structure management, the personnel has managed,implementation the and so on project management research. This article mainresearch work may summarize for following several aspects:1.the PDM correlation theory and the necessity of applies PDM toenterpriseIncluding the PDM concept, the function, have the development, thedomestic and foreign PDM research condition, the PDM system structure and soon, introduced why the enterprise does need PDM, afterwards introduced the topicorigin and the paper research content, elaborated the full text main point.2. In carried on the concrete analysis after FAW mold company’s productdevelopment present situation and the computer application present situation toplan the product and the craft information management system construction goaland the detailed technical plan.FAW die company has become an information based society constructionalready to yield the remarkable result, but the present biggest barrier was variousdepartments’ data message cannot obtain effective sharing, appeared theinformation isolated island phenomenon. If want to slove this this question, needsto fetch in the PDM management system management system. I according to thenearly ten years work experience, in based on in the PDM product datamanagement technical platform, has planned the product and the craftworkinformation management system construction goal and the detailed technical plan.3.Introduced the flow definition and the model, and the union enterprise’sactual situation carries on the design to the enterprise flow design, and carries onthe plan proof flow, the project plan examination and approval and the duty withsmarteam provides, DL flow design and so on chart design, mold design and craftestablishment, NC programming, documents issue.4. system other module function realizations(1) the documents management function, introduced the electronic vault andthe document edition management emphatically(2)The product structure management mainly to introduce the productstructure tree’s establishment, and has realized the product structure and thedocuments connection, and has realized the product structure design copyfunction.(3)The product project management realization, the jurisdiction and thepersonnel manage.5.
