【摘要】 从2002年开始一种独特的电视新闻栏目类型——电视民生新闻风行全国,其蓬勃发展成为中国电视新闻界少有的景象,很多省市的民生新闻栏目都创造了收视奇迹,成为目前在中国电视界影响最大的事件之一。 民生新闻最早出现于省级电视台卫视频道。目前,省级电视台的三大立台之本分别是:电视剧、娱乐节目、新闻节目。在民生新闻出现之前,在全国范围内,省级电视台在各级电视台的新闻节目竞争中一直处于劣势。在民生新闻出现之后省级电视台终于找到了自己在新闻类栏目中竞争中的优势——本土化、大众化。 关于民生新闻,本文展开了以下的分析:民生新闻为什么会出现?它是怎么产生与发展的?它有什么特点?在我国媒介运行中有什么意义?怎样评价这种现象?怎样纠正民生新闻发展的弊端?怎样才能使民生新闻良性发展下去?同时,本文探讨了在激烈的电视节目竞争中,省级电视台所面临的挑战和机遇。通过对这些问题的探讨,本文试图进而思考这种新兴于地方电视台的民生新闻给省级电视台带来的启示与影响,最终给省级电视台的发展以若干意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2002, a unique television news program called citizen news has been very popular in China. It is rare to see such a scene in Chinese media. Citizen news broadcasted on many provincial level TV stations has created many viewing miracles. It is one of the most important events in Chinese media now.Citizen news first appeared on provincial level TV stations. The most important program varieties of TV stations are usually TV series, news and entertainment programs. Before citizen news appeared, other kinds of news on provincial level TV stations were not as popular as that of other TV stations. After citizen news cropped up, provincial level TV stations realized their news should be more localized.In the paper, the author talks about the following questions about citizen news: why does citizen news occur? How does it develop? What are its features? How to evaluate it? How to remedy its defects? In the meanwhile, the author studied the challenges and chances of provincial level TV stations. At last, the author gives some advice on how to develop provincial level TV stations.更多还原
