聚醚型聚氨酯增稠剂的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,人们对环保问题越来越重视,使得水性涂料的生产和应用得到了空前的发展,与之配合使用的水性助剂也成为进一步研究和发展的对象。高性能的水性助剂在水性涂料的生产加工中起到了重要的作用,它不仅关系到涂料的生产和加工的操作性,而且与涂料的贮存稳定性,施工性能也有很大的关系。 本文以水性增稠剂作为一项研究课题,对增稠剂的发展历程、种类,增稠机理以及今后发展方向进行了综述,提出新型聚氨酯类增稠剂的合成方案。 在借鉴文献的基础上,探讨了聚氨酯增稠剂的合成方法,自行设计、合成了多种不同结构的聚醚型聚氨酯增稠剂,并对增稠剂进行评价,对其实际应用性进行探讨。 1) 合成了直链型的聚氨酯增稠剂,由于增稠剂分子中的亲水基与疏水基的不同,表现出了不同的增稠性能,并且差别很大。 2) 合成了带支链的聚氨酯增稠剂,此类增稠剂较直链型增稠剂增稠性能有明显提高,合成此类增稠剂不需要预先合成文献中提到带疏水基聚乙二醇类结构的单体,使合成变得简便,易于操作。 3) 在合成带支链的聚氨酯增稠剂基础上,制备了有适当交联度的增稠剂分子,此类增稠剂也有相当好的增稠性能,但是不易于分散,需要选取合适的溶剂和高温下才能得到有好的分散状态。 4) 用自己合成的二胺合成的增稠剂,有相当优异的增稠性能。 5) 所合成一系列的聚氮酯增稠剂稳定性好,长期存放不易降解,变质。 6) 新的合成方法对实验条件要求不高,有利于在大规模工业生产中推广运用。通过初步的实验研究,认为该类增稠剂能有效改善中、高剪切粘度,具有高的增稠效率,可显著提高涂料的开罐性能、赋予其优异的流动和流平性。 7) 结合实际应用,对该类增稠剂的性能进行测试、评价,力求解决其在应用中存在的问题和不足,拓宽其应用领域,从而对进一步的合成技术提供更好指导。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the futher consciousness of environment, waterborne coating was easily accepted and used. waterborne coating’s production and application has been made a great progress. Water assistants coordinated use of waterborne coating became an important object be studied and developed. Water assistants with good erformance plays an important role in process technology of waterborne coating,its also greatly affect waterborne coating’s storage stability and application performance.In this paper, we studied with water thickener, sum up the development history, and latest progress both at home and abroad of thickeners, pointed out the strategies of the synthesing the novel poly (ether urethane) thickeners.This type thickeners has been industry,open method is very little,and the synthesis complex, can’t apply to the desire of a large scale commercial operation.1) Triblock PU thickeners was prepared successfully.with different types of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic Groups show different thickening performance.2) Block PU thickeners was prepared, thickening performance was markedly improved. We even can synthesis many kinds of thickeners without modified PEG.3) Well crosslinking degree can improve block PU thickeners performance,.but they were not easily be dispersed.4) Thickeners with a novel diamine,shows good thickening performance.5) A series of thickeners have good stability,and degrade very difficultly.6) synthesized a few kinds of HEURS represented,moreover,This method simple reliable,costless and no special laboratory condition needed,These work can help for large-scale production.7) Combined the practical application,some performance tests were done , try to solve many questions and insufficiency in application, widen its application area, thereby supply more techniques of next step work.
