生物滴滤池处理含甲苯废气的研究

【摘要】 生物滴滤池能够有效的去除空气中的甲苯,本试验通过改变停留时间、营养、pH等因素研究生物滴滤池发挥最佳性能的条件,并且对生物滴滤池在工业应用中可能会面临的问题如循环水用量多少以及停运后的活性恢复等进行分析,希望为下一步的工业应用奠定基础。循环液流量在1.5-2.5L/h,pH在6-6.5,循环液提供的N源保持在C/N在17.5以下时反应器发挥了最佳性能,而在其他相关研究中循环液流量通常在8L/h以上,这在工业应用中将大大增加设备运行费用。在停留时间为60s时反应器上段的去除能力明显大于下段,然而随着停留时间的减少这一现象发生了改变,当停留时间减少到40s时反应器下段的去除能力略高于上段。微生物的活性直接反应了反应器内的营养供给状况和环境条件,在这里通过测定生物膜的耗氧速率与生物量、容积负荷的关系,研究影响生物膜活性的因素,当生物量过多时严重影响微生物的活性。生物量的积累和压降的增加是影响生物滴滤池滤床寿命的最主要因素,本试验通过测定生物量的累积规律与压降变化规律,摸索控制生物量的合适方法。生物量增长较为平稳,并且有一定的规律性,而压降的增加是一个加速过程。本实验还通过对生物膜中混合菌种的分离鉴定。
【Abstract】 Biotrickling filter can remove toluene from air effectively. In this paper ,the optimal conditions of biotrickling filter were discussed and optimized by changing some factors such as nutrition, pH and residence time, related with the problems which may be faced in application of industry ,such as the quantity of circular liquid, the time of activity resumption affter ’starvation’. This research demonstrated that the proformance of reactor was optimal under the conditon that the quantity of circular liquid at 1.5-2.5L/h, pH at 6-6.5, the rate of C/N below 17.5. However, in some other researches, the quantity of circular liquid was usually above 8L/h, it would increase the cost greatly in application of industry. The elimination capacity of the upper reactor was higher than the lower when the residence time was 60s.While with the reduction of residence time ,the trend woule be altered, if the residence time was shortened than 40s, the elimination capacity of the lower reactor was higher than the upper one. Nutrition and condition of bioreactor can be reflected by Microbial activity, here we studied the factors which would influence Microbial activity by analyzed the OUR of biofilm. When biomass was excessive, Microbial activity was lower than usual. Accumulation of biomass and raise of pressure drop were key factors which effected the life of filter bed. We explored the appropriate measure by analyzed the mode of biomass accumulation and pressure drop change. The rate of biomass accumulation was equably and disciplinarily while the raising of pressure drop was accelerated. In this research, we also isolated and identified two strains of toluene-degraded bacterium in order to analyze the characteristics of biofilm.
