气吸式排种器性能参数设计及其对排种质量影响的试验研究

【摘要】 气吸式排种器是一种先进的排种装置,以其特有的优点被国内外广泛采用。但目前国内气吸式排种器的作业速度普遍较低,一般在6km.h-1左右,与国外相比有较大差距。为提高我国气吸式排种器性能,本文对垂直圆盘气吸式排种器进行了大量的试验研究。首先,对气吸式排种器的性能影响参数进行了分析,得到影响排种器排种质量的因素主要是真空室压力、排种盘转速等。对气吸式排种器的吸附机理进行了分析,并对种子在气吸状态下的受力情况进行了动力学分析。其次,在理论分析的基础上设计了2QXP-1/2型单盘单/双条气吸式排种器,并对其工作过程及双条分条性能进行了分析。台架试验表明,在合适真空压力条件下,作业速度低于12km.h-1时,单粒合格率均在90%以上,且分条良好。在排种器试验台上,通过改变排种器的不同参数(排种盘转速、真空室压力等),对其排种性能进行了试验研究,得出影响排种性能的主次因素为排种盘转速、真空室压力,并得出二者与粒距合格率、漏播率、重播率的相互关系。同时采用正交试验方法对排种器性能影响因素和指标进行回归,得出回归方程。通过对回归方程的优化得出该排种器的最佳参数组合为:0.58r.s-1和0.0035MPa。
【Abstract】 The air-suction seed metering device is widely used by domestic and foreign, because of itsadvancement and unique superiority as an advanced metering device. But the present working speedof domestic device is generally lower, about 6km.h-1, comparing to outland. The paper makes massiveexperimental studies aiming at the air-suction seed metering device of vertical disc to improve itsperformance.First of all, the parameters of influencing performance of the device were analyzed in the paper,and the paper considered that the mainly influencing factor is vacuum of suction cell, rotational speedof sowing disc and so on. At the same time its adsorption mechanism was analyzed, and dynamicanalysis of seed was given under press instance.Next, 2QXP-1/2 type air-suction seed metering device, with single disc and two rows, wasdesigned based on the theoretical analysis, and analyzed its working process and the character ofdepart-rowing. Bench test shows that yield rate is over 90% and de-rowing is good, under theappropriate vacuum and 12km/h of work speed conditions.The metering device was tested on test platform, through changing different parameter (rotationalspeed of sowing disc, pressure of vacuum cell and so on). The experiment indicates that the primaryand secondary factor of influencing performance is rotational speed of sowing disc, vacuum pressure ofsuction cell, and obtains the relations between the parameters and eligible rates of the grain distance,the leak-sowing rates and the re-sowing rates. Simultaneously it obtains the regression equations byusing the orthogonal test. it obtains that the best parameters are 0.58r.s-1 and 0.0035MPa by theregression equations of optimum.
