电子政务中异构数据资源集成技术的应用研究

【摘要】 实施电子政务,重组优化政府组织结构和工作流程,建立一个精简、高效、廉洁、公平的虚拟政府,是社会信息自动化发展的必然趋势。实现虚拟政府,重点是要解决政府各部门不同的业务处理系统和办公系统之间的数据集成共享问题。数据集成是电子政务系统集成的基础和关键,它对推动电子政务系统的标准化建设和实现应用系统之间的协同工作都有着重要的意义。 本文针对电子政务系统数据集成的需求,研究和分析了网格中间件Globus、OGSA-DAI的内部架构和运行流程,提出了基于Grid Service技术的数据集成平台设计方案,解决了异构数据库信息的动态集成问题。 结合XML技术、Grid Service技术、数据库集成技术,本文重点阐述了电子政务系统数据集成平台的设计与实现。通过标准化的Grid Service接口为不同的数据节点提供服务,并通过XML格式进行数据转换和传输,消除不同系统的数据模式的异构性。该平台将多个独立的业务系统集成到网格环境中,提供了系统数据源的注册发布、数据查询以及数据抽取功能,实现了各个独立的、分布的系统之间的数据访问。 本文对集成平台进行了测试,给出了测试结果,并结合应用示例分析了本平台的特点,具有可扩展性、松耦合性以及节点自治性。最后,对论文进行了总结,指出了平台的不足和今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 It is an inevitable trend of the development of information society that implementation of Electronic Government, reform and optimization of histology and work flow of governments, establishment of a rightsizing, efficient, incorruptible and fair virtual government and providing efficient, dynamite management and service with transparent specification to the whole society. The important point of implementation of virtual government is to resolve the problem of data integration and cooperation between different business processing departments and office systems. Data integration is the basis and key of E-Government system integration. It plays an important role in promoting the standardization of E-Government systems and implementation of cooperative working.Aiming at the requirements of data integration in the E-Government systems, this paper researches and analyzes the architecture and inner process of Globus and OGSA-DAL, proposes a design scheme of data integration platform based on Grid Service technology which resolves the problem of dynamic integration of heterogeneous databases.With the development of XML technology, Grid service technology, database integration technology, this paper mainly discusses the design and implementation for the data integration platform of E-government. We provide services for different data nodes through standard grid service interfaces and use XML to eliminate heterogeneity of data model from various systems. This platform can integrate different business systems into grid environment. It provides a lot of functions such as the releasing of data resources, data querying and data extracting, etc. So that we can visit and query data of self-governed and distributing systems.This paper gives the tests and results for this integration platform and analyzes the characteristic of this platform with the application examples. This platform has qualities of extensibility, loosing-couple and autonomy. Finally, this paper makes a sum-up and points out some things to be perfected in the future.
