【摘要】 高校教务管理理念是高校教务管理的思想和灵魂。它对于指导和调节管理者的管理行为具有十分重要的作用。高等教育的大众化和国际化发展,不仅使我国高校面临着日益增长的内部复杂性压力和外部竞争压力的双重挑战,也将高校教务管理带入动荡不定的情境之中。探索并推动建构适宜的教务管理理念既是我国高校顺应国际高校改革发展潮流,深化内部管理体制改革,迎接发展竞争的需要;它也是指导教务管理者运用管理理论的成果进行管理创新,适应教育教学理论的新发展与复杂多变的现实对高校教务管理的挑战,范导高校教务管理实践,丰富和发展高校教务管理思想的需要。 本文遵循理论研究、实证分析和对策性思考的思维路径,在把握后现代主义基本理论观点的基础上,运用后现代主义的基本观点和认识方法,对我国高校教务管理理念及其齐一化价值理想所面临的现实困境进行了深入的分析,进而提出了相应的教务管理建议。 本文介绍了后现代与后现代主义的基本概念、基本观点及其基本的思维范式;并运用其观点对理念、高校教务管理理念及其相关概念进行了阐释,重点就市场与政府对我国高校教务管理的“齐一化”的外部影响、高校系统及高校内部在目标、制度与方法方面的寻求“齐一”的原因、表现和所引发的学校与教学、学术与人的发展的价值困境进行了分析与批判;从高校教务管理的情境性、教学与人发展的情境性的角度,提出了复归本真,消解困境的可能办法;文章认为:高校教务管理以服务于教学与人的发展为目的,为人的发展、教学的发展提供宽松和谐的外部环境是其重要的职能要求。教务管理与教学是情境性的,教学和人的发展的需要是复杂多样的。高校教务管理面向情境,不断提高对教学和人的发展的多元要求的满足能力,保障教师的学术自由、教学自由与学生的学习自由。这既是高校教学的学术性、学习的创造性以及人们对高校教育教学价值追求多样性的要求,也为教学发展和人的发展所必需。因此,高校教务管理需要根据不同的管理情景不断调适和改造自己的制度安排,使之在目标、制度、手段等方面得到体现和尊重。 论文的主要特点在于运用了后现代主义的观点与方法,对我国高校教务管理理念进行了新的诠释,并初步探索了消解目前高校教务管理价值困境的可能路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideas of the university teaching management are the core values of the university teaching management. It is very significant in conducting and adjusting the superintendent’s administrative behaviors. The development of higher education massfication and internationalization, not only causes our universities to face dual challenges which grows day by day of internal complex and exterior competition pressure, but also brings the university teaching management in a unstable situation. To explore and impetus constructing suitable ideas of teaching management is not only needed by our university complying with the international university reformation and competition, but also needed by our teaching managers implementing management innovation, in order to adapt new challenges of teaching situation.The goal of university teaching management is to serve the teaching and human development. To provide the loosely harmonious external environment is its important role. The teaching management and the teaching activity are situational, the needs of teaching and human development are complex. The university teaching management faces the dynamic situation. It is essential to enhance the satisfied ability of teaching and human’s multi development requests unceasingly so as to keep teacher’s reasonable academic and teaching freedom as well as student’s available learning freedom. They are not only multiple requests of university teaching scholarism, the study creativity, as well as the teaching value pursue of people to the university, but also the requests for the development of teaching and human.
