图形化核磁共振成像序列开发平台的研究与实现

【摘要】 核磁共振成像技术是一种无辐射、无损伤、可提供任意方向断层图像、软组织对比度高的成像技术,是最先进的医学影像诊断技术之一。其成像的好坏与扫描时所用的序列有着重大的关系,因此高效的开发核磁序列对整个核磁共振成像系统有着重要的意义。 针对深圳安科高技术股份有限公司核磁部序列开发的需要,以目前该公司正在使用的由英国Resonance公司提供的库函数、动态链接库、全局变量为基础,开发了图形化核磁共振成像序列开发平台。 系统采用面向对象的编程思想,在Windows2000平台下,利用Visual C++软件基于MFC类库实现了核磁共振成像序列开发的图形化。将序列的编写,从过去的用Pascal语言的方式过渡到用绘制序列时序图的方式。在利用本系统开发序列时,首先绘制序列的时序图,然后根据所绘制的时序图,设置相关信号的大小、持续的时间等参数自动生成对应的Pascal源代码。与原有的开发平台相比,具有操作界面人性化、所见即所得、灵活性强等特点,大大提高了序列开发效率。 本文共分六部分:第一部分介绍了课题的来源、意义及所设计的系统的主要特点;第二部分介绍了核磁共振成像的基本原理、序列的有关概念及目前Resonance公司提供的序列开发平台编写序列的方法;第三部分介绍了系统的设计思想、需求分析;第四部分介绍了基于矢量的绘图功能的实现,用于绘制序列时序图;第五部分介绍了序列源代码的自动生成功能的实现;第六部分介绍了系统的测试、调试和应用,最后对整个系统的设计进行了总结,并对下一步工作进行展望。

【Abstract】 Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is one of the most advanced techniques of medicinal imaging diagnosis. It possesses the excellence of non-radiant , non-trauma, provides the image of every direction layer and higher contrast image of parenchyma. Imaging good or bad has a significant relationship with the pulse sequence. Therefore, efficient development of the pulse sequence is important for the MRI system.According to the MRI department of ShenZhen Anke high-tech CO., Ltd needs, I propose and implement a interactive graphic platform for developing the MRI pulse sequence, based on the global variables , the dynamic link and function libraries which offered by Resonance Instruments Ltd.The software system is designed under the object-oriented programming method in Windows2000 platforms, using the powerful tools of MFC Class Library which be offered by Visual C++. The system changes the method of developing pulse sequence from using Pascal language to drawing the time series graph of the signals. The method of developing pulse sequence by using the system is to draw the time series graph of the pulse sequence first, then to set the magnitude and the duration of the signals .At last the Pascal source code is created automatically. As opposed to the old platform, the human-based interface operations , the better visualization and flexible expansibility can be achieved.Six sections are included in this article. The first part briefly introduces the following features of this article: the origin, the significance and the character of the system. In the second part, the basic theory of MRI, some basic concepts and the developing method of the pulse sequence are introduced. The third part introduces the thought, the structure and the demand analysis of the system. The forth part gives the way of realizing the vector drawing function .The fifth part gives the way of realizing the code auto-generation function. The sixth part introduces the debugs , the application of the software ,the conclusion of the topic and a forecast of next step of the research work.
