【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国教育事业发展迅速。为了保障教育事业的持续健康发展,对教育系统内部各种教育资源的研究日益得到各方面的重视。而教育系统体育场地是我国学校体育得以顺利开展的重要保障和物质基础,是一种非常重要的教育资源。第五次全国体育场地普查数据显示,我国教育系统体育场地占全国体育场地的65.6%。教育系统的体育场地数量如此之大,它的发展状况不仅直接影响我国学校体育的发展,还会影响我国群众体育和竞技体育的发展。 在充分利用第五次全国体育场地普查数据的基础上,本文运用文献资料法、数据分析法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对教育系统体育场地的规模现状、投融资现状、对外开放和经营管理现状等方面进行比较全面、深入、系统的分析和研究,发现我国教育系统体育场地目前存在相对数量有限、东中西部发展不平衡、场地建设所需资金短缺、场地对外开放率低和经营管理能力比较差等急需解决的问题。并在此基础上,认为我国教育系统体育场地的建设应该走可持续性发展的道路,国家主管部门应该加强宏观调控,各学校应该积极拓展融资渠道、采取多种筹资方式来筹集场地建设资金,同时在场地的建设上要布局合理、类型多样化;在教育系统体育场地的对外开放上要走一条既适合自身场地发展又有利于全民健身的“双赢”之路;在教育系统体育场地的经营管理上要科学有效,注重日常管理和经营管理。同时,教育系统体育场地应该开发竞技服务功能,为我国竞技体育的发展做出应有贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country’s education got big development in these days. For its future’s more durative and healthy development, the research on all educational resources in our country’s education is recognized. The sports sites of National Education System which is one of the most important educational resources are the key ensurance and material basis for the smooth development of our country’s school sport. The data of Fifth National Sport-Site Investigation show the sports sites of National Education System take percentage of 65.6 in all of our country’s sports sites. As a result, the development situation of sports sites in National Education System not only has direct effect on our country’s school sport, but also on our country’s other sports career.On the basis of the data from Fifth National Sport-Site Investigation, and using the methods of documentary, data analysis, interview, logic analysis, the thesis carry through a comparatively complete and deep research on the situation of scale, financing, opening and management of sports sites in National Education System and find out the sports sites in National Education System lies such urgent problems as its comparative amount limited, zone-development imbalanced, construction financing short and management ability weak and so on. The counter measures to these problems were given firstly the sports sites’ construction should be on the durative development. National Ministry should strengthen macro-control. The schools should create more financing channels to collect construction fund. Furthermore, the sites’ construction should be in reasonable layout and diverse style. Secondly, the opening of sports sites in National Education System should create double-winning model which is not only good to itself development but also to sport for all. Thirdly the management of sports sites in National Education System should be scientific and effective. Finally, the sports sites in National Education System should explore more function and make contribution to the development of our country’s sports career.更多还原
