【摘要】 信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势。体现在教育上是教育手段的现代化,尤其是信息技术与其他学科课程的整合。实现信息技术与英语教学的整合,就是要在英语教学中充分运用信息技术手段和信息资源,改革教学方式和学习方式,培养学生探究、实践、思考和综合运用知识的能力,最终达到提高学习效率的目的。这就要求教师利用信息技术和信息资源进行教学,学生利用信息技术和信息资源进行探究和学习。因此教师在教学中能够熟练地使用信息技术,具有相当的信息素养,是自身业务素质和科研水平提高的关键。学生具有良好的信息素养是他们能主动去获取信息,提高自主学习和语言能力的基础,是提高学习效率的关键,也是课程改革的要求。 信息素养包括三个层面:文化素养、信息意识、信息技术。培养学生的信息素养主要是使他们掌握信息技术,加强信息意识,形成良好的信息道德修养。 通过对学生信息素养调查问卷统计我们看到信息素养好的学生英语成绩也普遍较高。信息素养好的学生,能够利用多种信息渠道获得英语学习方面的信息,他们的学习自觉性、学习能力都更高。英语教学中培养学生信息素养实际上是在培养学生的学习能力,有助于提高英语学习效率。因此信息素养的培养应渗透到教学的各个环节。 本文提出了英语教学中学生信息意识、信息能力和信息道德的培养内容与培养目标,并对中学生信息素养的培养环境和途径作了分析研究,提出从学生学习方式出发,通过改革教学模式、优化课堂教学内容、加强外语教学与信息技术学科整合、完善评价体系、提高教师信息素养等途径来培养学生信息素养,提高学生语言学习和运用能力,达到提高外语教学效果的目标。 本文的创新点在于:从提高学生语言学习和运用的能力出发,把培养学生信息素养作为英语教学的目标之一,把学生良好的信息素养作为语言学习能力的重要组成部分。并提出了在英语教学中培养学生信息素养的具体实施措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s world infomationization is the trend of economic and social development. In education it is reflected as modernization of teaching methods, especially information technology integration with other subjects in schools. To achieve integration of information technology with English language teaching, we must make full use of the Information technology tools and infonnation resources. We should also reform teaching and learning methods to cultivate students’ capacity of exploration, practice, reflection, integrating and eventually achieve greater learning efficiency. This requires teachers to use information technology and information resources in teaching and students to use information technology and information resources in research and learning. So teachers’ being proficient at the use of information technology and their information literacy is the key to the improvement of their personal qualities and ability of doing research. Information literacy of students is the foundation on which they can get infonnation and improve their abilities of language and independent learning. It is also the key to develop their learning efficiency and the requirement of curriculum reforming.Information literacy includes three dimensions: cultural literacy, information awareness, information technology. To foster students information literacy primarily is to enable them to acquire knowledge of information, to enhance their information awareness and cultivate a good information ethics.Through statistic of questionnaires we find that students with better information literacy performance better in English learning. Because they can use more sources to get information about their study, their consciousness of learning, their learning ability are better. To develop students’ information literacy in English teaching is actually to help students develop their learning capacity and help improve the efficiency of learning English. Therefore it should infiltrate into our English teaching in all aspects.This paper provides the training content and objectives of information awareness, information capacity and infonnation ethics of students in English teaching. It also does research on the information environment and analyses ways cultivating students’ information literacy. It proposes that in order to improve students’ ability of language learning and using, to enhance the effect of foreign language teaching we shouldcultivate students information literacy by reforming teaching methods, optimizing classroom teaching, strengthening integration of information technology with English language teaching, improving the evaluation system and teachers’ information literacy .The innovation of the paper is due to: it proposes that to improve students’ language learning and using ability, we should take students’ information literacy as one of the objectives of English teaching.
