【摘要】 我国目前对大坝安全监测资料分析主要是基于局域网C/S结构的离线分析,因此,如何建立安全监控中心,实现多座大坝的统一管理,是今后大坝安全监控管理系统发展的方向。本文在研究了国内外大坝安全监控管理系统的基础上,应用当前高新的计算机网络以及软件技术,重点研究了基于Internet网络的大坝群分布式安全监控管理系统和与之关联的几个关键技术问题。其主要内容有: (1)分析了我国大坝安全监控系统的历史、现状及发展趋势,研究了基于Internet网络的大坝群分布式安全监控管理系统的实现方案,构建了基于Internet网络的大坝群分布式安全监控管理平台。 (2)研究了基于Internet网络的大坝群分布式安全监控管理系统中的平台架构、分布式组件开发技术、系统分布式结构种类的选择等关键问题,并分析了系统的工作流程及实现的过程;同时探讨了分布式安全监控管理系统的安全性问题及相应的对策。 (3)研究了大坝群分布式安全监控管理系统中的预警系统,主要内容包括:监测数据信息的管理、分析评价模型的建立、安全监控指标的拟定等;并分析了预警系统的架构及工作流程。 (4)研究了大坝群监控管理系统中网上信息查询系统的功能架构、系统的开发技术;探讨了信息查询系统实现过程中的几个关键性问题,包括页面动态图形生成以及客户端的在线升级,并给出了相应的解决方案。 (5)以福建省大坝群为例,开发了基于Internet网络的分布式安全监控管理系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, dam monitoring data analysis mainly is off-line analysis on basis of C/S in our country. Therefore, setting up safety monitoring and manage center to realize the management of numerous dams is the future trend of automated dam safety monitoring and manage system. Based on studying in the domestic and foreign dam safety monitoring and manage systems, and with the application of advanced computer network technology, software technology, this paper has studied several key questions of the internet based distributed monitoring and manage system of dam group. The primary contents as follow:(l)The history, the present situation and the development tendency of dam safety monitoring and manage system of our country is analyzed. The internet based distributed monitoring and manage system of dam group is studied, and the dam group distributed safety monitoring platform based on the Internet is proposed.(2)The construction, the distributional module development technology, the system distributional structure type of the internet based distributed monitoring and manage system of dam group are studied, and the work flow and the structure feature are indicated in detail. At the same time, the safety problems and the corresponding countermeasure of system are discussed.(3)The dam group safety early warning system is studied, it mainly includes: monitor data management, the establishment of analysis and appraisal models, the establishing of early warning indices and so on. At the same time the construction and work flow of the early warning system is studied.(4)The Function Construction and system development technology of the information query system of monitoring and manage system of dam group is studied. At the same time several crucial questions are discussed, including dynamic graph production as well as client program on-line upgrade, and corresponding resolvent are given.(5)Take the Fujian Province dam group as the example, the internet based distributed monitoring and manage system of dam group is developed.更多还原
