潮汐河网水环境容量研究

【摘要】 水环境容量是指水体在维持某一水质标准的前提下,所能受纳的污染物的最大数量,它是进行污染物总量控制的一个关键技术参数,是水资源规划的主要约束条件,也是对水体实行环境目标管理的一个重要依据。因此如何准确客观地确定各类水域的环境容量一直是水资源保护领域的一个研究热点,特别是潮汐河网地区,由于水动力条件的复杂性以及由此引起的污染物迁移特征的复杂性,环境容量研究仍呈不断深入系统之势。 本文在总结前人相关研究成果的基础上,概述了国内外关于水环境容量的计算方法及研究进展,重点分析了河流水环境容量及潮汐河网动态水环境容量的计算方法,并提出了研究面临的困难及今后的发展趋势和研究重点。 以潮汐河网——广东榕江水系为例,建立了潮汐河网水动力及水质数学模型。选择CODcr、NH3-N、TP三种污染因子为研究对象,分别对相应的数学模型进行了验证。对榕江水系进行数值模拟,分析了榕江水系的水动力及污染物输运特征。 对现有的潮汐河网动态水环境容量计算模式的基本理论进行了分析,根据潮汐河网的水流特点及相应的污染物输移特征,针对计算模式进行了改进。作为验证,将改进后的计算模式,成功应用于榕江水系骨干河道水环境容量的计算。以榕江上游乌石坝-三洲拦河坝段水环境容量为例,对容量定义法及解析解两种方法进行了对比研究。最后,依据环境容量,提出了榕江水系入河污染物总量控制方案,为榕江水资源保护决策提供技术依据。
【Abstract】 The water environment capacity (WEC) means the maximum of pollutants carried by water body under certain water quality standards. WEC was the key technical parameter for the total amount control of pollutants, the primary restricted condition of the water resource planning and also the important basis for implementing environment target management on water body. Thus how to exactly and objectively determine WEC in different water areas has always been a hot issue in water resource protection, especially for the tidal river network region. Due to complexity of hydrodynamic condition and pollutant transfer characteristics, the study of WEC will keep on.On the basis of the previous study, this paper summarized main computing methods and present research situation of WEC at home and abroad, analyzed the methods for WEC calculation in the tidal river region, and then pointed out the difficulties in present research, and trends and emphases in future research.Rongjiang River system was taken as an example in this paper. And COD_Cr NH3-N, TP were chosen as objects investigated, the flow-quality models for the tidal river network were established and used to simulate and analyze the hydrodynamic condition and the water quality transfer character in Rongjiang River system.In this paper, the basic theory of the present methods for WEC calculation was analyzed. Then, according to the flow and pollutant transfer characteristics in the tidal river network, an improved algorithm was presented successfully applied to calculate WEC of main rivers of the Rongjiang River system. Taking WEC of the river between Wushi Dam and Sanzhou Dam in the upstream as an example, two methods, the capacity definition method and analytic solution were compared. At last, the program of waste total quantity control was proposed, which provided technical support for decision-making in water resource protection for the Rongjiang River system.
