【摘要】 二十世纪的中国水彩画历程,是在源于西方附庸油画的历史渊源和与中国水墨画天生的亲和力,构成百多年来的中国水彩画发展史:是半吸收油画、半吸收水墨画的面貌。回望这段历史,也正是这种中西文化的交融,传统与现代的碰撞中,中国水彩逐步由舶来、萌芽,发展到初步繁荣,在开始被人们不多关注的寂寞中显得热闹起来。然而,当代中国水彩画还处于少有秩序和略显繁杂的状况,这也说明它还不够成熟和完善,在热闹的后面,水彩画审美的自律性,从主体精神到形式语言上都有待纯化,这种纯化是需要艺术家在更深层面上进行思考,在表现语言上,从艺术家个性化探索和表现的同时,关照内在的民族特性和时代精神。中国水彩画现处在英国古典形态和不太长的中国水彩传统向现代形态转化、演变中,随着艺术视野的更加开阔,形式语言的丰富多样,其自身应该与其它艺术形式保持距离,达到自身“语言”的相对“纯洁”,使之走向水彩艺术语言的丰富性和独立性,是当代水彩画家们思考的课题。如何摆脱水彩画其文化传统的从属地位,最大限度地扩大水彩画的艺术表现力,探索水彩画教学新的模式,提高水彩画的艺术品格和技艺水平,加强理论研究,是创建和完善中国水彩画体系,提高当代水彩艺术品质的关键。更多还原
