基于B/S模式的网络化设备管理决策支持系统的研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步、现代化水平的不断提高,设备投资金额及维护管理费用在固定资产及流动资金中所占的比例越来越大,设备在企业中地位的重要性日益明显。设备管理直接影响着企业的生产与经营活动,因此,企业对设备的管理也提出了更高的要求,随着企业信息化建设的逐步深入,推进设备管理信息化程度日见重要。农场作为农业机械作业的主要场地,也担任着农机设备管理和调配的职责,为了提高农机具的利用率和农机管理水平,实现农机设备的现代化管理具有深远的意义。 针对目前设备管理系统存在的两个问题:一是不能联网,许多在用的设备管理系统还仅限于单机版,不能充分发挥因特网资源共享的优势,对异地管理造成了不便,管理水平也得不到提高。二是系统缺少辅助管理功能,不能为管理者的决策预测提供支持。因此,研究和开发一套网络化的具有决策支持功能的设备管理系统将具有很大的现实意义。该设备管理系统具有通用化,管理员可根据设备类型特点订制相应的系统,不仅能用在农场或农机管理部门,也能满足不同企业的使用需求。 本文在现代管理理论的基础上,运用系统工程原理、数据库技术和网络技术,实现了设备的网络化、通用化管理,并为管理者提供了决策支持功能。该系统通过对设备管理的各种信息进行存储、组织和处理分析,取得了较为理想的结果。 主要工作成果如下: (1)分析了国内外现有的设备管理系统的现状及存在的问题,探讨了“基于B/S模式的网络化设备管理决策支持系统”的研究目的和意义,提出本文的主要任务是开发一个具有决策支持功能的网络化、通用化设备管理系统。 (2)采用Windows 2000操作系统,IIS 5.0网络信息服务器,SQL Server 2000数据库和ASP.NET的C#编程语言搭建设备管理系统的平台。在总体分析的基础上,确定系统架构为B/S模式的三层结构体系,分析了系统各个模块的具体功能。提出用设备子类来定义不同类型的设备,而设备子类由管理员自定义,实现系统的通用化管理。 (3)根据设备管理的特点,选用数学模型建立辅助决策支持系统,如顾客满意度模型(用德尔菲法确定指标因素权重)、基于多属性效用理论的设备选型分析模型、旧设备的鉴定评估模型,并运用这些模型对设备管理中的一些现实问题(如顾客满意度指标的评定、设备选型、旧设备评估)进行了探讨和实际应用分析。 (4)采用模块独立化设计的原则,开发了“基于B/S模式的网络化设备管理决策支持系统”,实现了用户注册、登陆,设备输入、修改、查询,报表打印,设备报废、申购流程,决策管理以及设备子类的管理等功能,并叙述了系统的框架界面。实现了设备管理系统的数据库的网络动态更新、决策管理、通用化管理和资源共享等。
【Abstract】 As the improvement of science technology and the extent of modernization, the investment cost and maintenance cost for equipments got more and more biger proportion in fixed assets and circulation funds. The importance of equipments became evident in enterprise, so equipment management was put forward to high demands, which directly affected the production and management of enterprise. As the development of enterprise information constuction, equipment management informatization became more and more important. As the main pake for agricultural implements working, Farm was also in charge of the agricultural implements management and distribution. In order to improve the use ratio of agricultural implements and management level, it was meaningful to realize modernization management of agricultural machinery equipment.Aimed at two problems in existing eqipment management system: one was not online, many were still single-machine based systems and couldn’t share Internet resource, it was inconvenient to manage in different palces and the management level was quite low. Another was lack of function of assistance management, couldn’t support managers with the decision making and forecasting. Therefore, it was significant and meaningful to research and develop an eqipment management system of online and with function of dicision making support. Furthermore, the system was an all-purpose one. It can not only be used in farm or agriculture machine management department, but also used in other enterprise.Based on the modern management theory, using system engineering theory, database technique and network technique, realized the function of commonality and dicision making support in this dissertation. Certainly, the system could save, organize and analyze all kinds of information about the equipment management, and some good results were obtained.The main contributions were as follows:(1) Investigated the present situation and its existing problems of the eqipment management system at home and abroad, and probed to the objective and significance of research and development of the system, finally advanced the main task of this dissertation was to develop an eqipment management system on online and with function of dicision making support.(2) Adopted Windows 2000 operation system, Internet Informatin Server 5.0, SQL Server 2000 database and C# programming language of ASP.NET to build the platform of equipment management system. Based on general analysis, made sure shree-layer structure of B/S mode as the structure of system, and analyzed function of each module detaily. Put forward to difine different type of equipments by subclass which customized by managers,and it helped to fulfill the function of commonality.(3) Based on the feature of equipment management, chose some mathiematics models to build up assistant dicision support system, such as Customer satisfaction model (using Delphi method to calculate the weight of main index), equipment type-choosing analysis module based on multi-attribute utility theory, second-hand equipment identification and assessment module. They were used to resolve some actual problem.(4) According the principle of designing module independently, the system was developed and the function of user register, login, information input, modify, query, reports formation and print, equipment rejection, perchase application, dicision making management and subclass definition was realized, and the interface of the system was also described. Successfully reach the goal of dynamic database updateing, decision-making an all-purpose management, resource sharing and so on.(5) Study of several critical technologys using in the development of system, such as three-layer structure based on B/S mode, XML technique and user authority dispensation. Finally outlooked that the system was suit for usage of most enterprise, although it need to futher improvement to accommodate advanced equipment management.
