智能视频监控系统中运动目标跟踪有关问题研究及其DSP实现

【摘要】 随着公共安全需求的提高,视频监控系统在国民生活的许多方面得到广泛应用,如交通监控、智能小区、超市安全等领域。在应用推广的同时,人们对于视频监控系统的图像质量、传输质量、智能化等都提出了更高要求。本文的工作主要在视频监控系统的智能化技术方面。当前的视频监控系统已不仅是一个存储记录系统或是集总监控系统,同时要对监控区域内发生的异常情况进行自主处理,如布防报警、运动存储、运动跟踪、目标识别等。 本文结合实验室的研究项目:基于H264的网络视频监控系统,设计一种基于DSP的运动目标跟踪系统,该系统可以同时对多个运动目标进行跟踪。本论文的内容主要是多目标跟踪技术的研究。论文的安排如下: ●首先介绍了视频系统的发展情况,并对已应用于视频监控系统的智能化技术作介绍。 ●其次介绍现有运动检测技术,在此基础上结合时间差分法与三角核模型运动检测法提出改进型的三角核模型运动检测法。 ●然后介绍基于归一化旋转惯性(NMI)特征的运动目标跟踪系统。其中包括系统结构及运动分割、运动匹配技术。 ●接下来实现本文基于运动预测的NMI特征匹配方法,并给出了基于TMS320DM642的单目标跟踪系统,该系统在目标遮挡较少情况下可作为多目标跟踪系统。 ●最后介绍本系统的具体运行情况,总结本运动跟踪系统的特点,并指出工作中存在的一些不足,也对本系统的实现及理论方面的工作进行展望。

【Abstract】 With the raising of public safe requirement, the video supervisory system gets the extensive application in many aspects in national life, at the same time, has also been put forward higher requirement. The current video supervisory system need be improved in many ways ,such as the quality of image, the quality of transmission , intelligence and so on . The emphasis of this paper is on the intelligent technology of video supervisory system . Currently the video supervisory system not only has taken a function of saving record or general control, also must make a reaction for the unusual condition that occurs in monitoring area , for example setting up defense and reporting to the police, saving the movement, tracking the movement, identifying the target etc...This paper combines the research project of laboratory: Based on the network video supervisory system of H264, designing a system of motorial target track based on DSP and researching the technology for tracking many targets .The arrangement of paper is as follows:Firstly I introduce the development condition of video supervisory system, at the same time make briefly introduction about the intelligent technology of video supervisory systemSecondly 1 introduce the existing technology of movement detection briefly , at the same time carry out the technique of the trigonal nuclear movement estimation based on DSP.Thirdly I introduce the system of motorial target track based on NMI feature, including the structure of system and the technique of movement partition and movement match.Then according to the movement match based on NMI feature,! carry out the single target track system based on TMS320DM642 . This system can look as many targets track system when targets carry out linear movement.Finally 1 introduce the operation condition of the system and point out many existing problems about designing integrated many targets track system frame .1 make some suggestions for the realization of the system and the theories.
