三维表面形貌的表征及润滑特性的研究

【摘要】 表面形貌提供了重要的表面信息,同时对表面的摩擦、润滑特性有重要影响。从以往的三维表面形貌的研究中可以发现以下特点:对表面形貌的幅度方向表征较多,而对表面空间方向性表征不够,同时表征参数对表面的功能特征的反应仍然是一个有待研究的问题。因此,三维表面形貌的表征有待完善,表面的功能特性与表征参数之间的联系、表面形貌对润滑性能的影响等问题还需要进一步的分析和研究。 本文着重从表面的纹理方向性入手,采用边缘检测方法,通过边缘图像实现表面形貌的纹理表征,用图像的方式直观地给出;以缸套-活塞环为研究对象,采用数学形态学的多尺度分离方法,将表面形状、粗加工纹理、精加工纹理三部分有效地分离,得到评定基准,提取相应的功能参数;同时研究表面功能与表面形貌的关系,采用表面粗糙度均方根和表面纹理方向两个参数分别表征表面幅度和空间两方面的特征,采用与平均流量模型研究相同的方法,研究表面的润滑性能;分析流量因子与表面纹理方向、膜厚比之间的关系;计算了表面纹理角度、粗糙度均方根等对表面润滑性能的影响,实现了表面形貌与表面功能间的联系。

【Abstract】 Three-dimensional (3D) surface topography contains a lot of important surface information, it has great influences on friction, wear, lubrication etc. The following properties can be drawn from the researches on 3D surface topography in the past years: there are more researches on amplitude than spatial, and it is still a question that the surface parameters could not reflect surface functions. So characterization of 3D surface topography still need complemented. Analysis and researches are required on the connection between surface parameters and functional properties, influences of 3D surface topography on lubrication etc.Based on edge detection, the texture direction is characterized;the edge image can be obtained by edge detection from measured grey image. Taking the surface topography of cylinder liner as example, the surface topography is separated to three parts using mathematical morphology method, they are form deviation, rough manufactured texture, precise manufactured texture, every part’s function is studied, and some parameters are calculated based on the reference datum. At the same time, the texture direction angle and the root-mean-squat deviation (a) are used to characterize the properties of spatial and amplitude of 3D surface topography separately, the relation between surface topography and functional properties is studied by using the average flow model, the relation among the flow factors, texture direction and the ratio h/σ is studied, the influences of the texture direction angle and the root-mean-squat deviation to functional properties are discussed, the relation between surface topography and surface function is established.
