离合器接合过程中的汽车传动系扭转振动研究

【摘要】 汽车传动系的扭振是汽车振动的形式之一,是影响汽车平顺性、舒适性的主要因素。因此汽车传动系的扭振问题是汽车传动系设计与研究的核心问题,特别是汽车起步阶段传动系的扭转振动,由于汽车起步过程同时伴随着离合器的接合过程,而离合器的接合过程又是非线性的,所以分析起来比较困难,以往的研究很少涉及。 在本文中,阐述了振动分析的基础理论,包括模型的建立、参数矩阵的推导等。通过对膜片式摩擦离合器的工作特性分析,把汽车从起步到稳定运行离合器的接合过程划分为三个线性阶段,并对这三个不同阶段的传动系扭振分别建模,在对方程进行传统解析后,借助仿真软件Matlab/Simulink对方程的扭振响应进行仿真。分析了传动系的刚度参数对传动系固有频率的灵敏度,证实了汽车起步阶段的扭振特性和汽车平稳工况下有很大区别,为后续的进一步研究奠定了一定的基础。

【Abstract】 This article established the dynamics equation basing on analyzing the jointing process of frictional clutch, analyzing the inherent frequency and the response of torsion vibration and the sensitivity of inherent frequency , which is important and useful to analyze the influences of each parameter of vehicle drivelines to torsion vibration and reduce the yawp of starting ,and ameliorate the capability of torsion vibration.On the basic theory of vibration, the vibration characteristic of every proportion of transmission was also studied with traditional points, then brought in trial system of mode analysis and analytic method. The transmission was considered as a system , its vibration characteristic with elasticity coupling was analyzed. To the transmission of two gimbals, its torsion vibration was described in respective mathematical model, to the transmission of three gimbals, it did so;at the same time, their flexible matrix were reasoned out. Further more, small damp model of the transmission with two gimbals was hammered out its bend vibration’s state space equation. The dynamic response characteristics of the system was simulated with the imbalance of running engine flywheel or running transmission shaft or maneuver input on the help of the software MATLAB/SIMULINK. According to the modification parameters, the corresponding different result was comparatively analyzed , finally a delicacy analysis method on the basis of structural modification was given out.
