【摘要】 建立先进的质量管理信息系统是有效实现企业质量管理的重要基础。在现代企业质量管理中,取得ISO9000质量管理体系认证已是企业产品进入国际市场的通行证。而2000版ISO9000质量管理体系标准鼓励在建立、实施以及改进其有效性时采用过程方法,通过满足顾客要求,增强顾客满意。本文从企业信息化角度出发,在深刻理解“过程方法”的基础上,针对ISO9000:2000在实际生产中实施的现状,提出了基于过程的质量管理模式,建立系统模型并开发出基于过程的ISO9000质量管理信息系统,为中小型制造企业提供了一个采用质量管理系统的行之有效的路径。并且用神经网络的方法对质量控制中模式图的识别进行了改进,建立了以竞争型神经网络为基础的新的神经网络,以判断出控制图中的基本模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of advanced quality management information system, is an important foundation to carry out enterprises’ quality management efficiently. In modern enterprise quality management, it has been the passport of international market to get the certification of ISO 9000 . And the 2000 editions of IS09000 encourages adopting process method in establishing, enforcing as well as improving its validity to increase customers’ satisfaction through satisfying customers’ requirement. In consideration of enterprise informative and on the base of deep understandability of the " process method ", this paper puts forward the quality management model based on process method according to the present situation of IS09000: 2000 implement. It also establishes a model for this system and develops IS09000 process-based quality management information system. This provides an affect method to introduce quality system for medium-sized and pint-sized manufacture corporations. In addition, the method of recognizing the mode of quality control chat is improved with neural network. A new neural network based on competition network is founded, in order to judge the basic modes of the control chat.更多还原
