非接触式射频IC卡的设计与研究

【摘要】 非接触式IC卡系统最大的特点就是将IC卡技术与射频技术结合起来,解决了卡内的能量来源和信号的无线传输问题。非接触式IC卡具有可靠性高、保密性强、操作速度快,安全性高,存储容量大,可同时处理多张IC卡等优点。因此,研究和开发非接触式IC卡具有很大的实际意义。 本文在对非接触式IC卡系统的相关理论和技术的深入研究的基础上,对其射频接口电路和EEPROM的设计进行了分析、设计和模拟。论文首先对IC卡的系统原理作了简要介绍,根据非接触式IC卡所必须符合的国际标准ISO/IEC14443的要求,对Type A型卡和Type B型卡的区别和两种类型卡的解调电路进行了分析和模拟。针对数据在传输及存储过程中的机密性、完整性、可获取性、真实性和持久性的要求,探讨了安全方案。本文重点分析设计了非接触式IC卡的射频接口电路、电荷泵电路和定时器电路。针对EEPROM对擦写电压的要求,对高压电荷泵电路进行了详细的分析和探讨,并对存储器中的定时器电路进行了设计和模拟。最后,本文完成了对射频接口电路的版图设计工作。
【Abstract】 The most significant features of contactless integrated circuit (IC) card system are the combining of the radio frequency identification technology and the IC card technology, and it solves the problems of non-energy and non-contact. The contactless IC card has many advantages, such as high reliability, security, high processing speed, large storage capability and ability to process several IC cards at the same time and so on. Therefore, the study and design of the contactless IC card have important applications in the informational technology.Based on the deep study of relate theories and technologies, this thesis has finished the analysis, design and simulation of the contactless IC card’s RF interface circuits and the EEPROM system. According to the ISO/IEC 14443 standard, the difference between Type A and Type B cards and the demodulation circuits of these two kinds of cards are analysed and simulated. To satisfy the demands of the data security, confidentiality and so on, several arithmetic schemes for data security are discussed. The RF interface circuit, charge pump circuit and timer circuit are mainly analysed and designed. In accordance with the requirement of a very high voltage, the charge pump circuit has been analysed and discussed particularly. Timer for EEPROM system also has been desighed and simulated. Finally, the layout of the RF interface circuit is designed.
