【摘要】 科学技术是第一生产力,创新是民族进步的灵魂。科学技术特别是高新技术的迅猛发展极大地改变了人们的生产、生活方式以及国家之间经济、政治关系。在当代高新技术的竞争中,专利成为一国获取竞争胜利的有利武器,拥有专利的质量和数量在很大程度上决定了一个国家或地区的竞争力。我国加入世界贸易组织,国内企业将置身于更加开放和激励的竞争环境中。虽然我国目前专利发展速度很快,但总体水平并不高。因此研究专利发展情况,运用各种专利战略,对于提高一国或地区的综合竞争力具有极其重要的意义。本文以专利为研究对象,在探讨专利发展的重要性的同时,深入、详细地描述了我国目前专利发展在不同角度的情况和不足,在此基础上分析了我国专利发展的影响因素,从全新角度利用经济增长模型计量出专利制度贡献,然后利用随机边缘界模型剖析我国专利发展效率,继而对我国专利发展战略提出对策和建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology is the first productive forces, and innovation is the soul of anational’s progress. The rapid development of science and technology, specially the high tech,has greatly changed the production and daily life, as well as the economic and politicalrelation between counties.In the contemporary competition of high technology, patent has become essential for acountry to succeed in competition. The possession of patents is an important indicator ofnational or regional competence. Since China’s joining the WTO, local companies will beexposed in a more open and intense environment. Although patent development is very quickin China, the overall level is not very high. Therefore, researches in patent development andusing patent strategy have significant importance to raise the overall competence of a nationor region.The objective of this article is patent. While discussing the importance of patentdevelopment, it also describes the insufficiency and drawbacks of China’s patent developmentin great detail. Based on this, the text analyses the influential factors of patent development inChina, uses the Econometric Growth Model to measure the contribution of patent system, anduses Frontier Stochastic Model to analyses patent development efficiency. At last solutionsand constructive opinions are proposed for the development of our country’s patent.更多还原
