【副题名】以农民权益为视角

【摘要】 进入新世纪以来，农民权益的维护和发展问题，越来越成为事关农民的福祉和我国政治、经济、社会现代化发展的重大问题。从组织的角度来看农民权益的建设、维护和发展的话，当前主要有三类组织：村民自治组织、农民专业合作经济组织和其它旨在维护农民权益的农民自组织。本文考察了三类组织各自的职责、设置及在现实中的功能，并分析了它们功能发挥不足的经济、政治、社会、文化、法律等方面的原因，据此提出了建立和完善旨在维护和发展农民权益的各类组织的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of peasant has always been the important problem which has concerned the overall situation of revolution,construction and reforms of our country. Since entering new century, the maintenance and development of peasant’s rights and interests, not only more and more concern peasants’ happiness.but also concern our country’s politics, economy, social modernization. Talking about of maintenance and development of peasant’s interests from the view point of organizing, there are mainly three kinds of organizations at present: Villager Autonomy Organization, Farmer’s Cooperative Organization and other organization that aim at maintain interests of peasant and organize by oneself. This text has investigated one’s own duty, establishment and function in reality of three kinds of organizations, analyze economic, political, social, cultural, mental, customary reason of their function’s insufficient. put forward some advices in view of the above.更多还原
