【摘要】 面对世界上普遍面临的失业问题,众多学者积极投身到劳动力市场的研究领域之中,劳动力市场是整个市场体系中具有决定意义的重要组成部分,社会主义市场体系也不例外。在我国社会主义市场体系中劳动力市场的发育由于观念、体制等原因而相对滞后,对劳动力自由流动和公平就业产生巨大的障碍。这使我国当前的就业形势变得更加严峻。因此,在我国面临的这种形势下,对劳动力市场的研究也就格外受到关注。我国的就业问题,不仅仅在于如何创造更多的就业机会,还在于如何形成完善、统一的劳动了市场。这正是本文现实意义所在。 本文希望通过对中国劳动力市场特征的详细研究,从劳动力市场方面分析影响中国劳动就业的种种因素。同时,借鉴国外劳动力市场建设的经验教训,为我国的劳动力市场的发展和完善提供有价值的线索和思路,并对解决中国的劳动就业问题提出一些有效的策略。 本文首先明确了劳动力市场相关的基本概念,介绍了劳动力市场相关的基本理论和对本文分析有重要作用的劳动力市场前沿理论。这些理论包括:内部人—外部人理论、效率工资理论、二元劳动力市场理论等。 在此基础上对中国劳动力市场的特征进行详细分析,以前人的研究为基础总结出影响劳动力市场发展的主要因素和完善劳动力市场的政策方案。 文章重点对我国劳动力市场的特征进行分析,分别从劳动力市场的总量特征、劳动力市场的结构特征、劳动力市场的运行特征三大方面进行详细分析,肯定成效、发现不足,总结出我国劳动力市场目前发展所面临的诸多障碍,并进行原因分析。 最后提出我国劳动力市场发展的目标模式,在我国要建立起竞争公平、运行有序、调控有力、服务完善、城乡一体化的现代劳动力市场,结合我国劳动力市场发展现状和劳动力市场发展存在的障碍,提出发展完善我国劳动力市场的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Face the widespread unemployment problem in the world, numerous aggressive scholars concentrate on the research of the labor market realm, the labor market is an importance part that has the meaning of decision in the whole market system, the socialism market system is no exception, under the rigorous employment and unemployment situations in our country, the concern equally and particularly to the research of the labor market also. In our socialism market system the growth of the labor market fall behind because of the reasons of idea and system etc, which produce the huge obstacle to the employment equity and labor force flow freely.This research hopes to analyze the various influencial factor of the employment from the labor market aspect through the detailed research to the Chinese labor market characteristics. At the same time, draw lessons from the experience of the foreign labor market construction for the development of our labor market ,and then provide the worthy clues and way of thinkings for our country.First of all, this text is explicit related basic concept and theories of labor market, then introduce advanced theories of the labor market which have important function to analyze at next. These theorieses include: efficiency wage model、 insider - outsider model、 Segmented labor market.Carry on the detailed analysis to the characteristic of the Chinese labor market on this foundation, Take the past research as a foundation,We research the main factor that influence labor market development and the policy that improve our labor market.The article take importance to the analysis of the characteristic of our labor market, include: total amount characteristic > the structure characteristic n the movement characteristic,then to find out many obstacles that our labor market face , and carry on the reason analysis.At last,we take out the target mode of the our labor market development,which want to build up the modern labor market that competite fairly n move orderly > control strongly > serve perfectly and integral, combining the present condition of our labor market development and the existent obstacle of labor markets, we take out the policy and measure that develope our labor market.更多还原
