基于机器视觉技术的动态目标检测系统的研究

【摘要】 机器视觉主要研究用计算机来模拟人的视觉功能,用图像来创建和恢复现实世界模型,最终用于实际检测、测量和控制。由线阵CCD、光学成像系统、计算机数据采集和处理系统构成的视觉检测系统,具有检测精度高、速度快、应用方便灵活等特点,是人工人眼检测所无法比拟的。 润滑油脂滴点是指在规定的试验条件下,润滑油脂达到一定流动性时温度。这一温度也称为润滑油脂滴点温度,是表征润滑油脂质量的重要指标。本课题针对原有的人眼睛人工测定方法的缺点丌发了一种新型的对动态目标的机器视觉检测系统,能将其应用于对油脂滴点的检测及其它对动态目标检测的各个领域中去。 本文介绍了以机器视觉检测技术为基础的全自动润滑油脂滴点测定仪器,包括两个主要部分:温度检测系统和图像检测系统。其中温度检测系统是利用温度传感器检测油脂和油浴油的温度,通过单片机对温度信号进行采集与处理,然后显示在液晶显示器上。 图像检测部分是应用CCD图像传感器检测油滴下降的过程,然后在单片机的开发环境下对采集到的图像数据进行差分运算并进行二值化处理,以检测动态目标(油滴)是否出现,当第一滴油滴出现时,给出检测信号,液晶显示器上的温度将停止变动,这时的温度就是本课题所要测得的油脂滴点。 机器视觉检测技术作为一种新兴的检测技术,现代工业为其提供了巨大的需求空间。采用机器视觉检测的方法对润滑油脂滴点进行动态检测具有如下优点:实现了润滑油脂滴点动态自动检测;检测精度高;重复性好;再现性好。同时还可以将其应用于动态目标检测的各个领域中去。

【Abstract】 The machine vision is researched mainly about the simulation of person’s visual function with the computer, which founds and restores the real world model with the image, finally uses in detection, measure and control. The detection system based on machine vision technology, which includes CCD, optics imaging system, data gathering and procession system with computer, have the characteristics of the high precision to detect, the rapid speed, the convenience for application and so on. The artificiality with eyes cannot to analogy to this way.The drop point of the lubrication grease is the temperature when it is reached the certain fluidity in stated test condition. This temperature gives an index to the lubricating grease quality. In view of the shortcoming of original method, which detect by artificiality with eyes , the topic has designed a new detection system to the dynamic object based on machine vision technology, and can apply it to the drop point of the lubrication grease detection and the other fields that detect dynamic objects.The text introduces the automatic equipment for detecting the drop point of the lubrication grease based on machine vision technology, including two main parts: Temperature detection system and image detection system. Temperature detection system is to detect the temperature of the grease in a test tube and the oil heating up it, and the data gathering and procession system with SCM to the CCD signal will be go on ,then the temperature detected will be displayed on liquid-crystal display.In image detection system, the detection to the process and speed of the grease dripping with the CCD is described. Then the image signal will be transmitted to the SCM to do the difference operation and threshold processing, which to examine whether the dynamic object (oil) appears. The system will emit a signal when the first oil drip the temperature displayed on liquid-crystal display will be stop, and that one is the drop point of the lubrication grease the topic want.As the jumped-up detection technology, the machine vision is provided by modern industry the huge demand space. The method based on machine vision to detect the drop point of the lubrication grease has the following merits: automatization, high detection precision, the fine repeatability and reappearance. And it can be applied on the other fields that detect dynamic objects.
