沥青改性及其机理的研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路交通的发展,对高等级公路沥青路面材料要求越来越高,常规的沥青材料已不能满足当今重交通路面的高强、稳定、耐久等使用性能的要求,因此,研究具有良好综合性能的改性沥青材料已势在必行。 由于改性剂和沥青的不同,制得的改性沥青的性能各异。本文在参考国内外研究的基础上,首先通过正交实验研究了工艺参数对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,得到了制备SBS改性沥青的较佳工艺条件。然后对不同含量的SBS改性沥青的性能进行了研究,探讨了SBS改性沥青热储存稳定的影响因素、稳定剂的剂量对改性沥青的热储存稳定性以及其他性能的影响,并通过荧光显微镜分析了其微观状态。结果表明:较佳稳定剂添加量为0.45%,但是稳定剂的加入使SBS改性沥青的感温性有所下降。因此,在此基础之上加入EVA,研究SBS与EVA复配改性沥青的性能。通过优化试验得出了性能较为优越的两种复配改性沥青:4%SBS+1%EVA、3%SBS+2%EVA,并对加入稳定剂的两种复配改性沥青的性能进行了系统的研究,实验结果表明:复配改性沥青有较好的综合性能,尤其是温度敏感性优于SBS改性沥青。通过动态剪切流变(DSR)、热分析(DSC)对沥青的改性机理进行了研究,验证了试验结果的正确性。本文还对OMMT复配改性沥青进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:OMMT复配改性沥青可以提高改性沥青的高温性能和耐老化性能,但是系统的工作有待于进一步进行。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the highway transportation in our country, the material requirements to the super-highway bitumen pavement has become more and more strict. The common asphalt can’t meet the development of the heavy traffic that needs high strength, stability and durability. So it is necessary to research on the modified asphalt with better combination property.Because of the difference on the modifier sorts and asphalt sorts, the property of modified asphalt is different. On the background of researches inside and outside country, firstly the influence of the processing parameters on the property of the modified asphalt has been studied through orthogonal test, and better processing parameters that prepare modified asphalt were obtained. Then the property of the modified asphalt with different SBS contents was studied. The influence factors of thermal storage stability and the content of stabilizer on the thermal storage stability and other property of SBS modified asphalt have been studied, at the same time, the microstructure of modified asphalt was analyzed through fluorescence microscope. The results show that the optimum addition of the stabilizer is 0.45%, while the stabilizer can make some negative influence on the temperature sensitivity of SBS modified asphalt. Based on which the composite asphalt was studied with the addition of EVA. Two kinds of modified asphalts, that is 4%SBS+1%EVA and 3%SBS+2%EVA, were obtained through optimization test, and the composite asphalt with stabilizer was studied systematically. The results show that the composite asphalt has better combination property than SBS modified asphalt, especially the temperature sensitivity. Which were proved truth through DSR and DSC analysis. OMMT and SBS composite asphalt were also studied in this paper and found which can enhance the high-temperature properties and resistance to aging, but further work is needed on it.
