纺织企业物流管理研究

【摘要】 现代物流管理理论是一种系统化的思想、理念和技术的集合体,它将物流目标一体化,追求综合效益,是一项富有挑战性并具有回报性的工作。这种模式反映了社会发展的需要,纺织企业利用现代物流管理,可以在无需占用过多的流动资金下即能获得较大利润,从而能有效地提高纺织企业的竞争力。所以发展现代物流是纺织企业提升竞争力,实现产业全面升级的有力手段和重要措施。 当前在我国,纺织产品在物流环节的费用占纺织产品价格的50%,而在一些的发达国家只占20～30%,所以发展潜力极大。为适应行业发展,我国纺织行业必须引入现代物流管理,改变以往“重生产轻物流”的观念。 为此,在本文中提出要在纺织行业运用现代物流管理,并较为系统的将现代物流与纺织行业相结合,予以阐述。全文共分为四块内容,第一部分为概述,先介绍了我国物流业的总体情况,接着讲述了我国纺织业的情况以及我国纺织业的物流现状、研究情况和纺织业进行现代物流管理的意义,并简明的讲述了现代物流管理的当前研究情况。第二部分为重点内容,主要针对物流中的运输功能,先对它的作用和意义做了论述,接着介绍了相关的数学基础知识,并建立线性规划模型,最后予以优化求解。第三部分是纺织企业的仓储问题,也是本文重点内容,先是对当前的现状进行分析,接着在对仓储管理的作用和意义作了简述的基础上,提出了在纺织企业应如何运用现代物流来做好仓储工作的建议。在最后一部分内容中,提出了我国纺织企业的物流发展模式和策略。 随着科学技术的迅速发展,作为传统行业的纺织行业也应不断的创新,并借鉴应用新的技术和管理理念,不断提升竞争力。在纺织企业做好物流工作,必将为纺织企业的发展提供有力的支持,开创一个新的局面!更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern logistics management is the aggregation for systemization idea、 intention and technology. It made the logistics aim in ones, to pursue the integrate benefit. It’s full of challenge, but it can return you for benefit. This model reflects that in the social development require it. Textile enterprise makes use of it, could achieved preferable profit in the state of not engross much flow fund. So it can efficient to enhance the competition ability in textile enterprise. So develop modern logistics is a forceful measure for textile enterprise to increase their competition ability and realize the upgrade in textile industry.Now, in China, the charge in which the textile products spend in the logistics is occupying about 50% for the product price. And in the developed country, it’s only 20~30%. Therefore the develop potential is infinite. To be suit for the industries develop, we should import modern logistics management in textile industry. Change the old notion "pay attention to the produce, despise logistics".Therefore, in the paper we put forward that in textile industry manage the modern logistics management, and combine them systemic, to discuss it. In this paper, we divide into 4 parts. In the first part, we first introduce the logistics industry in our country;then we narrate the textile industry and discuss about the logistics actuality in textile enterprise, the research circs and the meaning that practice modern logistics management in textile industry;at last we simply saying the modern logistics management research circs.The second part is the pivot content in this paper, we mainly aim at the transportation in logistics;firstly we discuss its effect and meaning;then introduce the correlation basic math knowledge, and establish the linear programming model;at last we optimize and solute it. The third part is a pivot content too, in this part, we first narrate its actuality;then show the effect and meaning for storage management, and put forward that how to well manage the storage task under the modern logistics notion. In the last part, we discuss the logistics develop pattern and countermeasure in textile enterprise for our country.As the science techniques develop soon, the textile industry as a traditional industry, we should innovate constantly. And using for reference the last technology and management idea, upgrade competition ability endlessly.
