工业风干系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 本课题来源于中国一拖集团第二铁厂铸造车间砂芯风干系统的工程项目。课题主要内容是风干系统中自动传输线的设计和温度控制系统的设计。其中,自动传输线和温度控制在电气上是相互独立的。在自动传输线的设计中,论文对事件驱动系统进行了深入的研究,根据事件驱动系统的特征抽象出了一种简易的建模方法:状态转移网。状态转移网的拓扑结构是由状态集和转移集以及它们之间的有向连线组成。这种简易的网络适合描述那些复杂、并发、异步的系统。文章也简单讨论了网络的行为特性和结构特性,比如可达性分析和活性分析。文章第三章具体讨论了在传输线中所用的主要设备的特性和具体使用方法,并给出了基于状态转移网的自动传输系统的建模与编程实现。温度控制系统分为三部分,燃烧系统、传热系统和温度控制系统。在温度控制系统中,由于项目要求不能直接加热工件,需要间接热风加热来风干。论文在第四章对传热系统进行简单的分析之后,较为详尽的论述了燃烧系统的基本原理,并仔细研究了温度控制系统的控制回路的设计。在文章的最后对整个炉体内部的温度场进行了考察,得出炉体内部的热风流体处于紊流状态,从而得出炉体内部空间温度场分布均匀的结论。

【Abstract】 This subject originates from China YiTuo Group Corporation Limited second ironworks engineering project of sand pattern hot-air-dries system. The subject mainly studied automatic transmission line and control system of temperature in the sand pattern hot-air-dries system. Automatic transmission line and the temperature control system are mutually independent about the electricity. In the work of design automatic transmission line, this paper does lots of research about event-driven system, and abstracts a simple modeling method according to the characteristic of itself: Condition-shift network. The topology structure of Condition-shift network is composed by condition set shift set and directed arc. This kind network is suitable for describing those complicated, complicated, asynchronous system. The article has discussed the behavior characteristic and structure characteristic of this network, such as reachability and activation analysis briefly. In the third chapter after carefully analysis project demand, paper discussed the usage of main equipments and which connect each other. This article also offered the model of automatic transmission system and the realization of programming. In temperature control system, the stove takes the indirect hot blast to heat sand pattern because project disallow heat work piece directly. The temperature of stove system divides into three parts: the combustion system, the heat-transfer system and the temperature control system. In the last chapter, paper discussed the basic principle of heat exchange system and combustion system, then, discussed the design of the control loop of system of temperature in detail. After analyzed the temperature field within the whole stove body at the end of the paper, article obtains the conclusion of the hot blast fluid in the stove body to be at the turbulent state, so the temperature distribution in the stove body is uniform.
