公路隧道复合式衬砌防水层水压力破坏特性及基体缺陷性状研究

【摘要】 随着国内基础建设规模的扩大,公路隧道不断增多。然而,公路隧道渗漏水是一种常见的病害,也是直接影响工程安全、质量和进度的最大障碍。以往的研究思路没有更多地考虑具体的施工工艺,尤其是防水层面上没有很好地解决防渗漏水施工工艺,造成实际工程尽管投入很大的资金,但还是出现渗漏水的情况。因此,有必要分析公路隧道防水层渗漏水原因,并提出新的施工工艺。 本文研究的主要内容是针对金丽温高速公路隧道渗漏水特征,分析公路隧道防水层渗漏水的原因,采用平板大挠度理论中的伽辽金法和里兹法,以研究防水板在水压力作用下的破坏特征及混凝土基体缺陷性状为基础,选择合适的防水板,设计合理的防水设计方案,研究防水板的施工新工艺,提出高速公路隧道工程防水综合治理措施。本文研究的目标是在防水板施工工艺技术中寻求一种解决公路隧道渗漏水问题的新方法,新途径。 本文研究结果表明: 1、防水板在隧道施工期间的破损、隧道中隔墙顶部的施工缝处理不当和施工质量欠佳是公路隧道防水层渗漏水的主要原因。 2、伽辽金法计算结果比里兹法计算结果略小,整体变化趋势基本相同。 3、隧道防水层在施工期间,混凝土基体缺陷矢弦比应小于2/3,防水板的抗拉强度应大于18.96MPa,断裂伸长率应大于144%,并且要求二衬混凝土背后及时注浆,才能保证防水板不会破坏。 4、保证防水板在施工期间不破坏、隧道中隔墙顶部的施工缝处理恰当和施工质量良好才能比较有效的解决公路隧道渗漏水问题。

【Abstract】 In company with the enlargeing of inland foundation construct, highway tunnel is increaseing without halt.However,leakage in highway tunnel is a common disease, is also a maximal drawback to influence directly project security, quality and schedule. There are no idiographic construction crafts to farther consider, especially on waterproof layer surface not solving leakage,resulting in water leaking notwithstanding prodigious input in practical project.Therefore,it is necessary to analyse the reasons of waterproof layer leaking,and put forward new construction crafts.The major content of this article is aiming at character of leakage in Jin-Li-Wen Highway Tunnel, analysing the reason of waterproof layer leakage in highway tunnel,adopting Galerkin method and Rize method in the theory of plate with large deflection,basing on studying the damage property of waterproof layer under water pressure and matrix defects character of concrete,choosing appropriate waterproof board,designing design rational waterproof proposal,designing new construction technology of waterproof layer, and puting forward synthetical waterproof measure in highway tunnel.The target of this article is finding a new method to solve water leakage of highway tunnel in construction technology of waterproof layer.The result of this article is shown as follows:1 .It is central reason of highway tunnel waterproof board leaking that the breakage of waterproof layer during tunnel construction period, tunnel construction joint at top of middle blocking walls misconducting and the bad construction quality.2. The result of Rize method is on the small side than Galerkin method,but whole variant trend is identical.3.It is ensuring waterproof board not breakage that the arrow subtense ratio of concrete matrix disfigurement at less than two-thirds, tensile strength of waterproof board should greater than 18.96MPa? fracture elongation of waterproof board should greater than 144 pecent, and back fill grouting in time during tunnel construction period.4.It is good method to solve highway tunnel leakage that protecting waterproof board not breakage, tunnel construction joint at top of middle blocking walls disposing with felicitousness and the good construction quality.
