【摘要】 日本能率协会的高级咨询专家小山哲太郎先生在中国企业考察时指出:中国许多企业不需要在硬件方面增加许多投资,只要在管理方式、人员素质和工业工程技术等软件方面着力改进,生产效率就可提高2～3倍,甚至5～10倍。他一针见血地指出了中国企业管理基础的薄弱。地基不稳,安得广厦?国际上许多先进的管理技术因管理基础数据的缺乏或不准确而无法在企业中实施。为此,制造企业迫切需要一种切实可行的管理理念来改变生产的现状,实现社会的人尽其才、物尽其用,实现中国作为世界制造工厂的地位和优势。 MODAPTS是动作研究和时间研究相结合的产物,是国际公认的现场管理的先进技术,提高生产率的有效手段。论文通过生物力学、人类工效学、工业工程等多个学科的交叉渗透,从全新的角度对动作基本元素进行分析和界定,借鉴MODAPTS的原理为每个动作基本元素赋予具体的时间值,演绎成一种新的预定时间系统—MODAPTS—Ⅱ,并通过实证研究验证了其准确性和科学性。 主要研究工作如下: 1.MODAPTS相关文献采撷、专家意见收集; 2.采用文献资料法和逻辑分析方法,基于生物力学、人类工效学的原理对动作基本元素进行重新分析、描述。运用系统的思维方式,对动作基本元素和MODAPTS的相关性进行研究,求同存异,将二者的优点集成、演绎,成为一种新的预定时间系统——MODAPTS—Ⅱ; 3.研究背景:宝利德公司层压板生产线的操作过程、银行服务窗口的操作过程、超市收银员的操作过程以及其它服务业中的手工操作等,将理论与实践相结合,选定超市收银员的操作过程作为实证研究的对象,验证了MODAPTS—Ⅱ的准确性和科学性。 论文提出的MODAPTS—Ⅱ适合中国国情,任何手工操作行业都可以运用它改进、优化现有的操作方法,挖掘企业现有人力和设备资源的潜力,制定劳动定额,提高生产效率。同时,MODAPTS—Ⅱ中包含的动作分析对体育、舞蹈等俦领域相关行业的发展具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 When an Industrial Engineering expert coming from Japanese visited China, he pointed that most factories in china needn’t invest much money in hardware. They can promote productivity by 2-3 times, even 5-10 times by improving management methods and using IE technologies. He hit the nail on the head that the foundations of the factories in China were weak. So many new technologies, such as ERP, cannot be used because of lacking of data. Today as a factory of the world, Manufacturing factories in China need a new method to improve the status quo and make full use of our advantage.MODAPTS is the outcome of motion study and time study. It has been accepted by more than 20 years in more than 40 countries around the world as a valid and useful predetermined time system since 1966 and has been found to yield highly reliable results. This paper review the theory of MODAPTS completely, It integrates Biomechanics, Human Engineering and IE and analyzes the Therbligs in new sight. It gives every motion concrete time by using the same principals of MODAPTS and deduces a new Predetermind Time System—MODAPTS-II. At the end of the paper, it proves that MODAPTS- II is scientific and accurate.The main researches that in this paper are as follows:1. Collecting data and opinions of experts relate to MODAPTS.2. Based on the principals of Biomechanics, Human Factors and Industrial Engineering and so on, the paper describes and analyzes the Therbiligs and do some researches on the relationship between Therbiligs and MODAPTS. Then it integrates their advantage and deduces a new Predetermind Time System—MODAPTS—II.3. Background of research: Cookson production line, the processing of cashier in supermarket and other hand operations in service sector. The record enrich the content of the paper. In the last section, the paper choose the processing of cashier in supermarket as a model to prove that MODAPTS—II is scientific and accurate.MODAPTS—II will meet the current needs of enterprises in China. Many factories could use it to improve and optimize their operational methods, make good use of their human resource and machines, promote productivity. In the mean time, motion study contained in MODAPTS— II has reference function to the study of similar problems.更多还原
